Adventure Time is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network.

The series focuses on the surreal adventures undertaken by two best friends and adopted brothers: young human Finn and dog Jake, that dwell in the Land of Ooo.

The series is based on a short produced by Frederator Studios on Nickelodeon's animation showcase series Random! Cartoons.

After the short became a viral hit on the Internet, Cartoon Network picked it up for a full-length series that officially premiered April 2, 2010.

The series has been a critical and commercial success, receiving generally positive reviews.

The series is a ratings success for Cartoon Network, and has drawn comparisons to SpongeBob SquarePants in terms of humor and quality.

yes, there isn't enough rainicorn D: But you know i love most if not all of the characters. It's good though because cartoon network was having quite the dry spell of good shows...I mean chowder and flapjack started the return to good shows but Adventure Time makes it official. It's hilarious and heart-warming and quality it is indeed.

and yes, honestly,

the last time i really into Cartoon Networks show was Courage The Cowardly Dog.

But as you said, chowder and flapjacks, also fanboy and chum chum,

really brought my attention again.

When i first saw it on random cartoons, i already into it.

I am glad that they make Adventure Time as a full show now.

they are soo fresh tho, for some cartoon network show. I mean billy and mandy were pretty hilarious and bit too crude as well, but i really miss that show.
