off topic: Kayako Saeki is the spirit seeking revenge in the Grudge movies. She kills people who come into her house. She was killed by her husband after he found out that she was obsessed with another man. He broke her neck which is why she makes a croaking sound, as when he killed her that was what came out when she tried to scream.
