I got it as a bundle with some chekis and a photoset from either Closet Child or Puresound, I can't remember. I believe it was distributed, by the format. I can take a pic if you want. I was too lazy to pick up my package from the post office, it stood there the whole two weeks lol... But anyways, she replied to my messages quickly and sent the package almost immediately after I paid the invoice.
