I've recently been exposed to a lot of vocaloid music by my close friends and I'm finding a lot of really good and very interesting songs.  As a singer, it's a lot of fun to try and sing certain vocaloid melodies that were obviously written for a robot. xD  A lot of them are very organic songs that lend themselves well to human singing, though~

What kind of music does your band play?

my band focuses on songs that appeared in anime/comic/games (ACG).
 

in the case of vocaloid, there are a huge list of songs appeared under "project diva".

and sometimes artists like LiSA, the gazette, aqua timez, kanon wakeshima, etc... has a song or two for anime...

 

so it actually includes a variety of songs despite its "genre" being acg.
