release date has not changed...in his facebook he has mentioned that his new mini album will be sold in advance at 2012/03/11, which will be then released through indie CD stores at 2012/03/20

Finally the mini album is "out" today (on the 6th).

You can order it via his blog (but only for people who lives in Japan apparently).
