    Okay, so I basically just created this topic to have a place to fangasm about how awesome Narsha's and Ga-In's solo mini albums are! :lol: I really recommend them to any K-pop fans because I think their sound is very refreshing, cool and catchy at the same time (plus, they both have a cool MV). I have to admit that their minis are like my favourite things this year in K-pop.

    Anyway, Brown Eyed Girls (abbreviated as BEG) are cool too, though I only love a handful of their songs. Still, they have pretty amazing voices.

    So, any fans of these girls/their solos? :)

    I love the single, especially Torture and Revenge...awesome that he's doing this lo-fi stripped down guitar style (I actually always wished for something like this from him, lol).

    Really looking forward to the album!!!

    I usually like MUCC's stuff but this sounds kinda weak to me. It's almost as if they said "hey, let's make an electro-pop/rock album" but then they got bored halfway by their own music and went "okay, let's try some slow/old-school stuff instead, maybe it'll be better"...ehh. I mostly like electro/poppy stuff but this somehow didn't click with me (also, I found Tatsurou's voice irritating in some songs, for the first time).

    The stuff I did like: Falling Down and Lion are okay, but Circus is absolutely a winner for me! So much badass funk in one song! Too bad the other songs either bored or irritated me.

    I won't give a rating. I'll just say that I'm looking forward to MUCC's future releases because eventhough I don't like their recent music, they prove at some instances that they can still make some great stuff...so that makes me wishful I guess, lol.

    So now that the single is out, what do you all think about it?

    Crisis Moment: I loved this song from the first instance I saw the video. Awesome instrumentals and beautiful/emotional vocals, with some surprising turns. Really cool new-school MERRY sound! I like how it's a bit different than what they've done so far, but still awesome/MERRY-like. 9/10

    Fleeting Prayer: A beautiful slowish song, but with power. Still, I kinda have an urge to skip this one. Maybe it'll be a grower but right now I just find it "kinda nice". 6/10

    Crisis Moment -UNPLUGGED-: I think MERRY has always done this style very well, so I was curious how this turned out. It's not bad; the guitars and Gara's voice are top-notch, and I like the rhythmic background static/noise/drumming whatever going on. Good bonus to the single. 7/10

    Overall, this is pretty much what I expected. I like it a bit better than their previous single. Lookin' forward to their next one (but mostly to a future album!!!). All in all, 7/10.

    Polaris starts out nicely but then I get bored (but somehow managed to listen through it all). xD

    I don't really like the single-songs so far but I'm still kinda hoping the album will be good...these guys have a tendency to surprise me with their albums (last time I loved the singles, and hated the album, lol).

    The so-far nameless band 【　　　】, led by Sharaku, Sakurai Ao and Sasabuchi Hiroshi changed their name to カッコー (Cuckoo).

    They'll have a small tour in November/December entitled カッコーの巣の上で (One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest). They also plan to release their first mini album in November, though no details are known yet.

    Super excited!! :) Lovin' the tour title too.

    The show in Hungary was awesome! The band was in top form, even Hizumi (I couldn't hear any vocals problems). They looked like they enjoyed themselves, and really rocked the place! Zero also tweeted about how much he liked Hungarian beer, lol.

    Anyway, here's the setlist (it was about 1 hour 45 minutes in total):
