I need cooking help. How can I get my tofu to be crispy?! I pressed it for an hour and cooked it in a pan. Still soft.

You what brah? Use a pan, put some of whatever oil you use, and put the heat on 2 or 3. Make sure it is firm or extra firm tofu if you want it crispy, just leave each side until it is crisp, and cut it thinner for more crisp. If you are trying this with soft tofu I got some bad news though. Should not take anywhere near an hour, esp. if you want to turn the heat up, and you don`t need to press it.
