im thankful for discovering Girugamesh back in the day cause that led me to the band Gilgamesh. like man.. music for my soul
-
i feel like a cherry listening to their music
-
Thanks for sharing your story and music. That's really off the edge to listen to very intense loud music to keep yourself on your feet , I'll say! Whatever works

So this thread I'm basing this off from what I've seen time through time about how people usually result to listening to sad music to make them feel better when they're sad. Do you listen to sad music when you're sad (or unsettled, bland or depressed), to cheer yourself up? For me all I knew was sad music, which was the most relatable for my sorrows. The easiest to my access to listen really. Nowadays I would listen to, you can say, happy positive music to keep myself stable throughout the days. Definitely blessed to have wonderful music to cheer me up. Here's one of the records that cradles my heart to a happy emotional state.

Here some old school dance! The lovely Divine!

It is! I chant with the vocals, which are very unique to me. hell, the band itself is underrated. From all the people I know, only one person knows em'.

Thanks for the welcome back K-x-H

I find the cover interesting. I like it. definitely not a DeG cover though

Thanks! Its alright, you've probably talked more than me than my whole time being in this website and even before it was monochrome-heaven. I was shy really.

Hello to this heaven, I came back from hell, probably the second time ๐ yeah.. I took myself away from all online social media platforms three years ago I would say. but yes! Girugamesh is what brought me back, listening to their old school tunes got me thinking of Jrock again! I think I said this in my previous, "I'm Back!" post. I really don't keep up with any news of Jrock of today. I guess for Dir en Grey I do know, but that was pretty much unavoidable for me. Still listen to their music time to time. but yes for the most part, clueless. What I still listen to are, Dir en Grey, Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Mois, emmuree, The God and Death Stars and Girugamesh. I REALLY love weird fuckin music, so I'll be looking for that. Recommend, mention, comment and hopefully it'll be in my path to see. I listen to all worlds of music. Does anyone remember me? No? its okay. You're probably not here either. again! Hello to everyone!

now these 3 bands are kinda irrelevant to each other but it cool The Names Something that I really enjoy but yet to figure out. Very atmospheric band with that post punk feel. This hollow sound Aunt Sally Late 70s japanese post punk band with Phew for vocals. they have this avant garde weird style with their music. Love it! Very short lived band. Cabaret Voltaire Now they are definitely my kind of music! started listening to them not to long ago. They are something haha i definitely recommend giving them a listen. crazy experimental danceable songs. their music changes throughout the years, so youll find something.

Minny Pops I don't know that many minimal wave bands but this one has grasped me very deeply. I can't explain... whole album is amazing! give it a listen and see if it catches you.

^ i would recommend some but cant really think of any at the moment. Lowlife Now lowlife is a band thats very personal to me. From the beautiful calm dark saddening melodies, to the lyrics which reflects a lot to my life. All from the heart I take this band to. Aside from what I feel towards this band, this band formed in the mid 80s. From Grangemouth, Scotland. The sound is a bit different to expect from. Very post punk shoegazy style but not really determining. Its something different, but not too far. Very overlooked band.

I watched Jason X. watched up until Jason splattered that blonde girl's face and there I was done. Probably the only reason I watched that movie lol
