Nisshoku

For me, I don't care if I understand the lyrics or not. I feel the music and in my opinion it doesn't matter if you unterstand the lyrics if you listen to the song with your heart. Okay that sounds pretty kitschy but it's the way I listen to music. Most of the time, I don't know what my favourite band is singing about but if you listen to the atmosphere of the music, you can get an image and that's okay for me. But I have a friend who only likes music with english lyrics. I'm German, so I listen to Rammstein, which is my favourite western band since I was 12. He'd never listen to it. He doesn't like german music. Beside the fact he doesn't understand japanese, there were some moments, he really liked a few songs I was listen to. Another point is, most of the people around me, doesn't know vk or jrock. A few days ago a friend at school looked at my background picture on my phone and for me, it was clear the jrocker (Yuki of ARCHEMI) is a guy but she insisted it is a girl. I showed them a picture of Yuga from Shellmy and they were absolutely sure that's a girl. It was pretty funny. They didn't ask about it and why I like those pictures. A few years ago, at the high of jrock/vk culture here in Germany, I always got called an 'Emo'. Both scenes were 'famous' at the same time. I guess today nobody really cares what I'm listening to which might be a cause of my age. Most of my friends listen to it, so I don't have any problems and if I get asked about my music taste, I tend to just answer with Metal or japanese Rock. Any more would be too complicated and tbh I'm too lazy to explain vk and stuff xD

Well there are only physical copies posted and I don't know if merch counts too. A friend of mine, who is currently located in Japan, got me 2 shirts of Nocturnal Bloodlust. I got the one in red from their Deimos-Tour and I finally got this one. I longed for it since I've seen it the first time. But I got in black with white lettering 'coz I prefer black shirts more. Next month I probably buy some physical copies of Jiluka and Shellmy.

I'll go with Jiluka! They totally got me with Lethal Affliction. I discovered them a few months ago. They get compared to each other? I like both but I don't think they have so much in common beside the genre of music, shouts and so on. Both styles are different.

Something like that? xD Are they young? I can't tell from their faces. Well that's pretty difficult anyway but I think most of them are in their early 20s? Yeah, that's a point. Unfortunately I can't tell anything about the latest music beside the teaser from Youtube. Don't got the mini-album or the latest single before it :/ But I guess you're right. They're on a good way but need more practice and support, maybe from more experienced bandmen.

Hyo is pretty cute and crazy but I'm all into Ryo x3 Dunno...he captured my heart from the start xD Oh okay, maybe I will see them live someday...I really want to! But it's nice to thrown some candy and I will be careful haha. Thought so. They're pretty crazy but I like that so much.

Yeah my thoughts as well It's pretty catchy and I need the urge to move my body xD But I don't get along with xaa-xaa. I tried and first, I really liked what I've heard on YT but afterwards...nope...but I like Roji xDD

Today Hazuki tweeted an official announcement. Akinori will depart from the band. Seems like he also have been arrested for having marijuana with him. The band will continue with the remaining 4 band members but will stay on hiatus for an undefined time. It's pretty sad. I liked Aki a lot and I guess it'll change many things inside the band. He was part of the Black Triangle as well. Sure every country has its laws and stuff but it's pretty sad, he leaves. Sure there's no other way. I guess the japanese fans won't accept that kind of misbehaviour. Hopefully it doesn't affect lynchs reputation :/

Well...I've been silent for a very long time but all of my friends who used to listen VK/Jrock aren't friends anymore, so I thought it might be awesome to penetrate you all with my thoughts xD Came to VK around age 18/19 and fell in love with A9 and the GazettE. Afterwards my range widened for some bands which are more metal. I'm not into that poppy bands. I've had some ups and downs with Jrock, stopped listen to it and withdraw from the whole scene, then listen to it again etc etc. My heart beats for D'espairsRay. I know they're disbanded but i'm still hoping for Hizumis recovery and a resurrection of despa <3 Further I listen to the GazettE, lynch, <3, Dadaroma, Jiluka, Shellmy, The Egoist, Canival, girugamesh (still grieving .__.), Nocturnal Bloodlust, Archemi. and Develop One's Faculties...for now. I'm always looking for some nice new indies. So if you think you know one hell of a band, don't hestitate to tell me

I really like their sound but it feels like, most of the people don't recognized or just don't like them? Is there anyone who actually likes Shellmy? I really miss D'espairsRay. They're my alltime favourite band and I shattered me to hear about their disband due to Hizumis health issues. But I still hope for the great resurrection <3 And even if they aren't disbanded for so long, i miss girugamesh. I couldn't go to their final tour in europe and it really pissed me off...still does :'D
