For most people at a young age, liking ANY kind of music is usually a phase. VK is no different, however since everyone is different I would answer that with a 'usually' instead of a yes or no.

I'm like 1000 different ethnicity into one body, so I find it hard to appreciate what I am since I don't really see myself as any of them since I'm so little of each.

I pretty much agree with Mei, however Japanese isn't the only 'race' that would appeal to me if I could choose.

CD transcodes are debatable; Youtube transcodes are just unacceptable.

Agreed with Champ although Cat does make a valid point that a transcoded file could get in the way of a legit rip. Also, it really annoys me when people with cheap 10 dollar earbuds complain about bitrate, because it's usually all in their heads.

Also,

if a transcode is found, label it it as such. People know what to get, they don't have to download it. Once a proper rip appears, make a new thread for it, delete the transcode thread. Or maybe lock the transcode thread as soon as it's found. The link will still be availible for those that don't give a shit about transcodes, but it's not hogging the front page.

For me it depends on the transcode. Transcoding an iTunes file from m4p to mp3? Fine. Transcoding other file formats such as mp3 from a higher quality bitrate to another high birate, fine. Downloading a Youtube, Dailymotion, etc video and uploading it, not fine. That's the only case where I don't consider it a 'real' rip.

It's okay if they have actually a bitrade of 128kbps.

I look down upon transcodes for the most part, and people should check if the files are transcoded or not with spek if they're not the original uploader. However, I won't freak out if someone uploads a transcoded file and go on some kind of childish tirade over it.

Banning fast food is just pointless and wouldn't accomplish anything at all. All it would do is piss everyone off, and those who love fast food restaurants can still go to other restaurants, or buy what they need at a supermarket or just make food at home.

As for me I don't mind the legalization of cigarettes and alcohol because a person should have the right to fuck up their bodies if they want to, but I believe it should be more looked down upon because of the overall health risks.

I don't support the legalization of any drug. To be honest, I think we should ban all the now legal drugs as well. This is because I'm boring.

No, seriously. My argument is that people are already misusing the existing legal drugs, meaning mostly alcohol. So why give them more drugs they can misuse? It's like giving more toys to a child that keeps breaking them for fun.

I wouldn't take the risk of developing heart, lung or liver problems (etc) from smoking or drinking, it's just not worth it. I also can't stand alcoholics who are all like "look at me i'm so drunk!", but I mentioned that already. If someone gets high or drunk they should just keep it to themselves.

But yeah I support the legalization of marijuana, not much else. Even cigarettes is a no for me.

There's two things that concern me regarding drugs, and one of them is the user, and the other is the drug itself, obviously.

I don't really care if people take drugs when they don't seem like a showoff about it. I've had friends / acquaintances both IRL and online who would seemingly brag about getting high like it's just so cool, and I found it to be quite annoying.

I'm just curious how many people here support the legalization of marijuana?

I hope the next releases are as good as Wish World Rainbow.
