so i've just read in yo-ka's interview that initially the band's name's meaning was not a "dictatorial aura" but "auras of two" (di stands for two). those two are kei and yo-ka of course as they started the band. and then new members were hired so they had to come up with something different ...and yo-ka totally forgot about that lol

fun fact: 糞 (shit) kanji consists of 米 (rice) and 異 (different, unusual) radicals, which basically makes the meaning of 糞 as rice that's different somehow

for me getting to know previous bands is actually one of the most interesting parts when a new band is announced but i still don't understand how do you do it for some minor guys from obscure bands, especially now that vkdb isn't as helpful as earlier so yeah it must be some boring routine
