I've never bought any starwave CD so I can't really say anything about that, but I guess that most of the japanese stuff don't have very nice packaging (CD case, booklet etc) they could do better for the price they sell the stuff But still I'll buy that album I think

By packaging I think he means the CD case itself, cover booklet etc not the way they packed it to send it to you
