I'm hopeful the new album will turn out pretty good. The previews sound really good so far, and the band members themselves are pretty optimistic about how awesome it's supposedly going to be They even state it will be their most hardcore album they've made, so let's see whether they are right or not. I really hope it turns out well!

I personally don't like Obscure or it's PV, but I love muddy cult AND the PV. I also love Jin's voice, it's so unusual and unique that it really stands out amongst many vocalists.

Saw them in London June 30th. Absolutely amazing! 1 of the most amazing things I've ever seen. And in that performance alone Teru has has shot up to my number 1 guitarist, he was so awesome and always wanting to get the crowd involved. The best part for me (which I'll never forget) was when Teru acknowledged me singing along and nodded to me whilst singing along with me it was fantastic I just remember watching them walk on the stage and thinking 'They are Gods!' They command such a presence on stage it's truly amazing. I am so glad they performed Serenade, it was great to hear Kamijo sing that live, and most of the crowd were thinking of Jasmine at the time I am sure, many with tears running down their faces. Truly an amazing event. A pity Hizaki fell over during his solo in Revenant Choir, but he just carried on playing on the floor and as he was helped up by Kamijo and a couple roadies, then he just skipped over to Teru to continue their duo part. Awesome Can't wait till they come back, I hope to follow them around Europe next time though.

I managed to watch these when they streamed their live about a month or 2 back, I was really impressed, and they definitely worth keeping your eye on. Was great to see them messing around in the changing rooms, so genuine! Love Distopia and ????. Distopia is a great mini album release.

Personally I really like Born to be Free. I have a different mind set towards X Japan as I used to, simply because time has gone on, and they will never be what they used to be. Toshi has a different way of singing than he used to, and you can see those similarities between their new single of Jade, and Toshi with T EARTH, his voice is very similar. So for me they are a band of 2 time periods, for lack of better words, I'd call 1 time period the Art of Life (just simply because it's such an amazing song, and my favourite), and the other time period as Modern, simply for lack of better word. Born to be Free fits the same music as Jade, hence why I feel they are sounding considerably different to what they used to. From this musical change, I am interested to hear what Art of Life will be like now, since it's 1 of the songs which will be featured in their new album along with other songs like Kurenai and English versions of Tears and Rusty Nail. I must admit I am still skeptical, and wondering if they will last more than 2 years due to their health problems. I sometimes wonder if maybe they should have just left X Japan as they were in their prime. I guess the new Album and future releases (if there are any) will tell us this.

Yeah the band has potential to become really big, like that of Phantasmagoria, or even more, I just really hope they last. I was hugely impressed with As if Forever Exists maxi single, it's been a long time since I've loved every track on a Single before. But my favourite will be Foolish for a long time I reckon, it's almost like Kisaki went back to their roots from Phantasmagoria, such a great song.
