I'm one of those fans who started liking them recently, so I don't care how ~*~Mainstream~*~ they're getting like a lot of "old fans." I liked that album better than their older ones because it's more mainstreamed, which is a sacrilege to a lot of their fan base

Screamworks was great It's pretty much their only album (that I have) that I can listen through all the way without skipping over any songs.

Listened to it a few times. I really like it even if a few songs are hard to tell apart from each other. I'm glad it's more guitar focused than the other albums have been, while still being Moi Dix Mois. Well worth the wait and import tariffs. edit: Ultra-lengthy review / description / para-para thing : http://seraphimvisualkei.blogspot.com/2 ... dsect.html

That website with the CD sales is highly surprising to me. I looked through a few UNDERCODE and supposedly "popular bands" and the sales were nothing like I thought they would be. For example, Megaromania's first album only sold around 400 copies but it's probably on just as many download blogs. Even lynch. never really sold more than 2,100 of anything. Malice Mizer's sales were phenomena when Gackt was with them, but then dropped to like 3k after that. Penicillin broke 198k with Ultimate Velocity but they rapidly dropped after that. I guess this shows the effect sharing music has on an industry. @ the youtube discussion: Des pretty much summed up Youtube.

Taken from an update blog: For the encore, the band played their upcoming single for January 12th, “Crazy Bunny Coaster.” The song was created to celebrate the one year anniversary of their major label debut. SuG was very excited about the pending release, and explained to their fans that the greatest present they could be given would be a new single charting on the Oricon ranking charts. In fact, they even announced that if the single hit #5 on the charts, they would do a “2-shot photo session with fans;" if it hit #3, they would give out a “hugs from the members present." And what about #1? Well if the single hits #1, fans who purchased the CD will receiving a “kiss from the members." ...

Please tell me they're coming back as Azumarill.

...this is going to be stuck in my head.

I'm kind of like Champ in terms of loyalty. If I like something, more than likely I'll like them forever even if they're not hip anymore :C I do have a few examples of bands that aren't timeless for me: However, the biggest Jrock example of this would be Deluhi for me. I absolutely loved "Two Hurt" and "Hybrid Truth," but then Yggdrasomething came out and I didn't really like it. Revolver Blast really didn't help, and then I kinda just stopped listening to them from there. I liked "The Furthest" though, but I didn't even bother listening to their latest single. I was a big 9goats fan for like a week as well. I kind of stopped listening to them for a while because I wasn't depressed anymore and then their latest album came out. I really can't get myself to like melancholic music much, so I broke up with them. Basshunter. The fuck was I thinking. Listening to anything by him just makes me embarrassed. And to think I tried to woe someone with one of his songs... *thinks* ... I was a pretty big HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR fan a few years back...then I just stopped following them since they stopped making songs in Gundam SEED. Looking through my old iPod, apparently I used to really like X-Japan as well. I don't dislike them, I just don't feel like listening to them...ever really. Every so often I get the urge to listen to "Orgasm."

Haha how so? Love them, they were my first vk band actually. Mostly because there's a lot of screaming and canned murder samples in their songs, coupled with Hisui not being the most in-tune vocalist ever. It's not a bad thing though; more of a pleasant surprise

Agreed. D: AND. WHY IS THERE NO PIERROT? D @Mr Bacon: Nope. Merry sucks. >Blue, Laputa, ROUAGE, La'mule, Kill=Slayd, Kneuklid Romance, Madeth Gray'll and D≒SIRE should've been on there :/ (Well, they weren't popular 'cept dsire, but I'd love to hear modern covers). You liking Madeth Gray'll surprises me. Also, D did an amazing job.

I thought this one was cool. I'll add more later, but I can't think of any off of the top of my head.

Maybe that fact just didn't spread to Europe, but he pretty much was a satanic, scaly, child molester. This is him without makeup and photoshop:

The Candy Spooky Theater one was "Murder Factory in the Closet," I think. They have the same song, just with two names and slightly different from each other. It's hard to tell though with her yelling the words and cutting out the music.
-
That's a stupid abbreviation.
-
Yes, that's the band both of them are currently in. Their OHP opened on 9/26/2010 I believe and they have a handful of lives scheduled for the next two months. http://www.2ndawake.net/pc/index.htm

I'm very optomistic Ameria's song is new as far as I know!
-
Wow...although I kind of felt that this was going to happen rather soon. They've been around for forever in terms of UCP : / . Speaking of which, they kinda need more stable bands.

I thought people caught on by now that the whole point of Moi Dix Mois is to sound similar, since nothing else sounds like them. Still waiting for my CD to come : / Hopefully it'll be there when I fly home tonight.

My grandma kind of has the same problem. She needs to wear earrings that are of a certain metal combination otherwise her skin around the piercing turns green.
