  1. Retinal detachment is where the retina, the tissue lining the back of the eye that "picks up" images, begins to peel away from the wall of the eye itself. This will lead to blindness if not treated quickly.

In this case, I'm guessing they just happened to notice it, or Masakazu brought it up in one of those "while I'm here, could you check out this" type moments. Most people who have it treated before it becomes an acute problem regain vision in the affected eye (though possibly with slightly worse vision).

  3. I'm not so sure they've changed their name - their official website (http://www.territory-oz.com/) doesn't reflect the switch, and on their listing of live performances it still has -OZ- all the way up to their last announced show, which is

  4. God damn, that sounds horrible.

I really kinda like it! Very Middle Eastern vibe goin on in it is certainly not traditional DELUHI, but know what? Last song, they can play around all they want I suppose.

That new song was mah but Rebel:Sicks, Shadow:Six saunds promising

You know that Rebel:Sicks was on their Jagannath single in 2008, right? :o

  5. I managed to snag a reprint of that shirt from Hot Topic a few years back, but I guarantee they don't have it anymore. I have no idea if the actual tour shirt looked like this, but the shirt itself is just the picture in black and white with very little texture.

  6. There is a new reply up on ARTISTdirect:

    http://www.artistdirect.com/entertainme ... ey/9008305

I think my favorite answer is to the question, "Did you have on vision for Dum Spiro Spero as a whole or did it come together track by track?"

There was no vision for the album as a whole to start with. We made it one song at a time. Some songs that didn't make the cut for past projects were rearranged and recorded for this album, so the process actually began about two years ago. It has always been this way, but rather than having an overall image we focus on making one song at a time and ultimately end up with a complete image. We may be unconsciously forming an image along the way, but for this album we tried to not think about this or focus on the balance too much.

  7. Are we sure this review is legit? The album isn't out for another five weeks, and some non-professional website gets the first review? I'm not so sure.

  8. someone be albe to tranlate this please?

just want to know what kind of differences the LP from the CD.

    thank you so much!!!!

It looks like the Mastering for the LP is being done in an analog style by Kotetsu Tohru. Analog mastering is noted for its peculiarities of sound.

  9. Oh hey, look, a return for the Japanese Zombie Heroes? Or maybe in this case it's zombie villains? They've probably been thinking about this for awhile - my tour shirt from the Apocalyptica co-headlining tour has the moniker on it, and that was in August of 10. Not to mention the Hageshisa to PV (which I personally liked), has that nice zombie imagery.

  10. One-off reunion concert means they are at least interested in making music together again. Perhaps this will lead to something new? Plus, what's wrong with sounding the same, if almost nothing that any individual member has done afterward has been as good? (ACID being the exception, but ACID with Hideki only lasted two albums, and only one with him on vox)

  11. I couldn't disagree more with the above.

Epsilon is certainly BSC's most accessible material yet, and with Sophia's vocals taking a front stage (as opposed to say, on Mozaiq) it also allows for a broader listening base. That said, certainly they've toned down the In Flames influence a bit, but then again, the material on Mozaiq in 2007, was in tribute to In Flames of 2002-2006. The In Flames of today, sounds, and get this, a bit closer to what Epsilon sounds like. Long story shorter, BSC are still heavily influenced by In Flames (and thus the Gothenburg metal sound), so it's a bit of an obvious fit for this album.

    I like it.

  12. Their demo was very awesome..

    Post it?

    First. It's called 'please'

Second. It's actually a tape and I can't rip it that easily.

    Shorthand is indeed a monstrous thing that has led to many misunderstandings and for that I offer my apologies. Let me reiterate my request in a more formal tone, so as to pass on my true feelings in regard to the material;

"[if it please you, would you be willing to] post it?"

Though, if it is a demo cassette tape instead of, say, the "Rashoumon" single (which I have not stumbled upon, though I must also admit to not having looked very hard) it may or may not be worth the listen - would you say it is "good"? Also, if it means an unusual amount of work for a rip, then please do not trouble yourself with it.

  13. He's gonna, just like how i've been holding out uploading the new Wagdug album.
just like how i've been holding out uploading the new Wagdug album.
holding out uploading the new Wagdug album.

    FFFFFFFFFFFF-

    Onegaishimasu :(

Also, am I the alone in thinking that Tsumi to Kisei will be better than the original?

  14. I wonder Hot Topic will sell it too?

I could try to look there as well later.

Hot Topic in the States had the digipak of UROBOROS on release day, so you'll probably get lucky there.
