Did they use seremedy member in that video?

My friends the Jet Set Gypsies (based in Colorado, United States) describe themselves as an "avant garde break-beat visual neo-classical darkwave gothic industrial film noir gypsy circus hardcore experimental project." They take inspiration from opera, metal, Japanese visual bands, etc. but they have their own unique story to tell with theatrical and poetic style. V and Richter are the powerful vocals while Dai plays lead guitar. They're also supported by Idea on rhythm guitar and Yoshi on drums.
They recently put out their first music video for their new song Tourniquet:
The story in the video:
Jet Set Gypsies portray tragic opposition of the human spirit in 'Tourniquet', Face to face, night and day, left and right, Prince V and Richter Feist battle using their powerful voices as weapons against each other. Duets escalate in intensity as Dai's guitar wails this tale.
"Well they say that this man can't be moved, He's got a heart like an anvil that your gavel bangs on just to prove, that his chances look grim. Well, they say that this girl can't be killed, She's got a heart like Excalibur with a damn near unshakable will. She did it all for her prince."

I don't think they've done a PV before, have they? I'm definitely looking forward to this.
-
I'm pretty sure they're still with Victor (that's what the new single is on at least) but I think they're back to managing themselves because I read that their contract with Y-YARD ran out. So that's probably what all of the GCR stuff is about.
It's hard to keep track of all their labels and management since they've been jumping around so much. :/
-
I just noticed they've shared the cover art and I'm highly disappointed :/ the art looks childish in a bad way, makes me feel like the songs will be in Night-ship"D"-spirit (really don't like that song..)
Wait, what does the jacket artwork have to do with Night-ship "D"?
Also, the previews for all the the songs are up: http://d-gcr.com/discography/discography.html
Dat digital rock remix version though.

Ugh I hate these live only releases. I'd be more than happy to throw my money at them if they'd let me.

The first thought when I read TURN A
Considering they did a cover of Cruel Angel's Thesis, I really wouldn't be surprised if they had that in mind when they were thinking of a name, haha.
I'm really curious about what they're going to do with this. Also, I love the dude who does their dramatic speaking parts. -
They're going to release Rosenstrauss (piano ver.) with vocals but the only way to get it is to win it in the stupid lottery that's only for Japan. ):
Time to stalk some auctions, I guess.

From what I gather Innocent lovers was one part of elementa alchemica, but it was also released as live limited demo release before actual single or something. so not really all that relevant release anymore.
Yeah, as far as I know it was the "Water Movement."
I'm kind of bummed this one is live-only but it sounds like it's somewhat of a demo (like Innocent Lovers) so I assume it will be part of another release.

This is excellent news! I was kind of afraid he'd join a band as a guitarist since he kept doing guitars for different things.
-
Totally excited about the Night-ship "D" PV and pirate!D.
-
Awwwww I wish I could go.
-
Really glad to hear he's getting back in the game.

Hey can anyone identify the guitarist or drummer?
As far as I know their support guitarist is still YO- (http://ameblo.jp/vegitaouji/). Looks like that's him in the video.
I can't remember who the drummer is. :/
-
Canzel for sure. They're one of my favorite bands and will always have a special place in my heart.
I really tried to like Unite but I just don't dig Yui's voice. He's not "bad" but I prefer Icchi's vocals much, much more. I can't help thinking, "Man, I wish Icchi was singing this instead. D:"

Want! Especially that bonus disc. But I'm sure their web shop doesn't ship overseas. ): I don't like using shopping services lately because of the fees.
-
Okay D, make an overseas DVD and don't make it available to overseas fans that totally makes sense. Just when I thought they were getting better about these kinds of things. :/
-
still nothing on cooljapan, anyone ordered ever from japan-discoveries? I want that DVD - but first is ramrod's VHS collection ....@sai: yeah, maybe your question got onto the DVD XD I had to laugh already, after only a few words (already knew what you were gonna ask, when it came to last years tour and netherlands)
Japan Discoveries is legit, I've ordered picks from them several times.
I'm still going to wait to see if they put it up on cooljapan. They tend to be slow about putting stuff up and I don't want to spend 2000 yen more if I don't have to.
-
D will have a new DVD called "Dying message~2012 Overseas Odyssey Tour Documentary & Off-Shot DVD~" to be released on 2012.10.18. It will be 66 minutes in length and a random postcard out of 5 kinds will be included.
It's only available on the Rosen Kranz shop. However, sites like Japan Discoveries and CDJapan are offering shopping services (with extra fees).
Edit: The DVD's also available now to members of D's Ultimate lover Global fan club.

40 minutes is crazy. I'm not really sure what to expect but I hope it's awesome!
-
Since it has a forest theme I'm hoping it's something along the lines of 7th Rose with folk and ethereal elements. I would love more of that.
-
Hmm...I actually liked it? It's definitely not anything like ClearVeil but it's not bad.

btw in that text the word that they use is 活動休止 which translates as activity pause, i don't see any other word?because i see people freaking out if it's disbandment or hiatus. but for me it's the same thing really
活動休止 pretty much means stopping activities and disbanding. I have seen this phrase used many times when bands were breaking up. I know people would like to believe that they are simply on hiatus for a while but I don't think that's the case. ):
