DEATHGAZE, for me, has that certain Je ne sais pas that lynch. does not have. I did listen to lynch.'s album... I couldn't get into anything on it. I felt like their music was just bland and tasteless. Personally, I adore Ai's voice and no amount of anyone saying their opinion is going to change that. Just in the same way my opinion isn't going to change YOUR opnion, so why even bother having this back-and-forth in the first place?

I do not like lynch. at all. Deathgaze > lynch.

At the time of my procedure on ______, I signed a payment form advising me that I was being charged $150.00 for the removal of 6-12 skin tags. I was informed that it was necessary to make this payment as "my insurance would not cover skin tag removal so it won't be submitted" and as a result, I would have to pay up front for the removals, which I did at that time by providing you payment through my credit card. During the procedure, Dr. _____ noted a somewhat larger tag that she believed could be put through for the insurance. Apparently the decision was made to then go ahead and submit my visit to insurance, AFTER I had already made the $150.00 payment which was supposed to cover this visit. Therefore, the additional charge of $52.71 incurred by your office submitting my visit to insurance should not be passed on to me, as I agreed prior to the visit to pay the $150.00 charge and I was of the understanding that my insurance was NOT being billed for this procedure. Kindly provide me with other facts that might support your reasons for passing on the additional charge that was not covered by my insurance to me, since I was advised on the date of my procedure that my insurance would not be billed and the $150.00 charge to my credit card would be considered payment in full.
