Therefore, the additional charge of $52.71 incurred by your office submitting my visit to insurance should not be passed on to me, as I agreed prior to the visit to pay the $150.00 charge and I was of the understanding that my insurance was NOT being billed for this procedure.

Kindly provide me with other facts that might support your reasons for passing on the additional charge that was not covered by my insurance to me, since I was advised on the date of my procedure that my insurance would not be billed and the $150.00 charge to my credit card would be considered payment in full.
