  1. 8D Plus they are cool for reading manga. :o

    But the fun of reading manga is flipping over the pages with manga chop sticks! :3

    Especially if one is collector. Wouldn't wish to ruin the page with finger prints.

    I mostly read manga on the computer. :P

  2. Nope. :'D They are made with eInk and are pretty much like giant digital watch screens that you can read books on.

    Also, since it's eInk it uses a lot less power because once it's displaying the image it doesn't use any power until you turn the page. They are really cool. ;O; For real electronic books. 8D Plus they are cool for reading manga. :o

  3. How do you guys feel about eReaders? I'm not really talking about tablets because ... they are tablets. I'm talking about eReaders with eInk displays and such. Dedicated Reading Devices. Blah blah blah. Anyway, I've been thinking of making this giant technological leap and was wondering if anyone on the board uses them or is interested in getting one.

    The current eReader I want the most is the Barnes and Nobles Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight. I was pretty much sold when I saw this pic on the website.

    Plus it has expandable memory up to 32gb via SD Card slot. Kindle does not~. Plus the new kindle touches have terrible defects or so I've read/seen.

    Anyway, book stores have died pretty much. The closest one to me is nearly an hour and a half a way so it's much easier to just get books from Amazon and pay for shipping and end up not spending nearly as much on gas. It'd be pretty easy to get more books on an ebook but... I could really just buy more books from Amazon and not get an eReader. But then I'd kill so many trees. ;__; AHHHH I CAN'T DECIDE. ;__;

  4. I wonder what the hell is going to happen. I enjoyed ViViD a lot when they first showed up and they were fun until they went major. They totally appeal to the majority of VK fans now a days even since the beginning of ViViD. The latest single has me totally confused. They look like a Kpop band. From what I understand Kpop is pretty popular in Japan. I don't know if it's the artists taking influence from Kpop styles or if they are being pushed by PSCompany to go with that look. Probably want more attention in the home country and such. Either way they pretty much looked terrible. The new songs have all been pretty bland but I did enjoy Kakera and Natsubana. I find the album with 6 single songs on it to be pretty ridiculous. I wonder how they'll tie it all together. :/ I'm excited to review the album actually. I dunno if I'll like it though. I wish they would have done an album before going major. ;__;

  5. @Wonrei You're probably right about the vocals not being done yet, I cannot imagine a world where the GazettE would release an instrumental album o_0

    @Pretsy I don't know or care how popular this opinion is, but PLEASE GOD LET THAT BE TRUE. I loved Infuse Into and the really electronic themes that were present on Toxic. ESPECIALLY The Venomous Spider's Web... But still have a soft spot for their ballads like Untitled and heavy stuff like Ruthless Deed. But if GAZESTEP could become an actuality... I'd LOVE it.

    Anyway, I have absolutely no expectations for this album. If it's a dubstep shit fest then it'll just reaffirm that The GazettE is truly dead. Next thing you'll know they'll get stream lined hair cuts and gangsta clothes and look like a Kpop band.
