Description goes: "カバーI don't care(JOLLY PICKLES) 2018.08.01 デッドorアライ部 両国サンライズ". I calcule that "カバー/KABEE" could mean some type of performance like the one from the guy. Just saying. Or the song name? What possibly this footage could be? Where? Why? Who are they? Who's that singing guy?
