Concerts, Promotion during Covid

What do you all think about bands going on with promoting, having conerts etc.?

Tbh, i come here to let off steam. A lot on here know the jpop group Exile and company LDH that is associated with them. 
Now during covid-times for a long time, they had no promotion at all of course. Then they started online concerts, started promotion again etc.
Now one by one, some of the Singers/Dancers started to catch Covid. 
And of course everyone blames LDH, shouts at them for going on as normal. 

The thing that really bugs me is, its seems that no one realized if they don't go on with work at one point, people will loose jobs.
I am not talking about those guys that are staying in public, but those behind the scenes. 
And those constant complaints about how LDH is handling the situation started to piss me off. 
I hope its understandable how i wrote. I just have to let it out somewhere. 
And i think most people on here take critic towards any entertainment industry easier.
