kurenaishineek 646 Posted February 17, 2013 Lately ive started to listen to Pinoy music and i must say they have some great and awesome bands , so i thought i share one of them with all off you , of course it will be just some info with some songs from youtube to give them a listen . ChicoSci is 5 piece rock band from Manila , Philippines . They started in 1996 named Chico Science , but theyre debut album "Revenge of the Giant Robot" was released 4 years later in 2000 . Their early stuff was mainly nu-metal/rapcore but after the first album they started to get some more melodic feel to their music , also they changed theyre name to ChicoSci . In 2012 they released theyre newest album "This Is Not A Chicosci Record" , i highly recommend this album to everyone . Its a great mix of different genres like post hardcore , alternative rock , new wave and pop punk . Just one listen to this and youre gonna love it , cause this albums is a masterpiece .
