Upon 1 Posted December 17, 2011 Hey! I'm a twenty something illustrator and concept artist working in the games industry. I also make music on the side. I met some of you already on Turntable in various Japanese music rooms and it was recommended that I join this forum. I've had an interest in Japanese music and art since I was a kid. Some of my favorite bands and artists are Tokyo Jihen, As Meias, Spangle Call Lilli Line, Susquatch, the Band Apart, Shiina Ringo, M-Flo, Ling Toshite Sigure, Zazen Boys, Cornelius, 3nd, Toe, Towa Tei, Hiromi Urehara, Balloons, Veltpunch, Shin-Ski, Thee Michelle Gun Elephant, Midori, Acidman, Senkawos, Sparta Locals and He, among others. I also like Japanese Jazz, bands like Jabberloop, Prism, Dimension, Korekyojin, Fascinated Session, Soil & Pimp Sessions, etc, but I'm open to any genres!
