Blargh 0 Posted August 8, 2010 When I try to bring up the form to post a new thread in Non-Japanese downloads, I get an error: "You do not have permission to start a topic in this forum. Error Code: 13002:742355". I can put a new thread anywhere else in the downloads forum, just not there. Is this an error, or am I not cool enough to post there, thus the "you do not have permission"? :ermm: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
