  1. Listening since a few months to them. They are okay.

'the WORST' is their best song.

I'm still waiting for the complete PV. this song might be also really cool. PV Preview looked great.

  2. I know those. You're one of the few who can actually pull a jrocker cosplay off well.

Saku showed you my cosplays am I right? lol

but thank you I'm glad to read this because I'm always trying my best.

    @gyakutei

    thanks also to you!

so you're saying that you're too feminin for j-rock cosplays? but there are so much bands with feminin looking j-rockers out there :D

but you're right femnin fits way much better to anime ^^

I would love to see some of your cosplays soon!

  3. I've cospalyed Ruki of Gazette and Tora of alice nine in 2009 but I don't like them anymore.

so all I have is Kyotaro of √eight

    I've some more.

that half burned-zombie-blog-photo and the one where he's all in red wearing that red adidas jacket (the whole band is wearing red overrals) with that red/black hair

but I guess there aren't many people who know that outfit because there exist only some little pictures of it.

  4. PAST

    1. Kyotaro (ex-Volark, ex-√eight, ex-Black:List)

    2. Hiro (ex-Visage, ex-gossip)

    3. Saki (ex-clorcian, ex-ClearVeil)

    4. Kouta (ex-SINCE1889)

    5. Yukiki (ex-ANUBIS now in FEECHE)

    PRESENT

actually none because all I really liked have quit the music scene or the new bands haven't released anything yet.

but I still like Satoshi on girugameshs old songs.

also Shiz from the sapporo indie band Halsion/Harushion has a good voice but he needs to improve it a little bit more.

  5. okay die Ärzte was already said, so how about Die Toten Hosen?

They are also a well known punkrock band with german lyrics. they have only a few songs in English.

They are more serious as Die Ärzte and it's said both bands are rivals. I think they don't like each other that much but I don't think that they really hate each other.

There's a rumour that if you're a fan of die Ärzte you won't listen to die toten Hosen and the other way round but I love both bands and all people I know like both, too.

    try out these songs:

    Strom (2008):

Ich bin die Sehnsucht in dir (2004):

    Paradies (1996):

    Alles aus Liebe (1994):

    Hier kommt Alex (1988):

I also can recommend WIZO, a german punk band.

but as Champ213 wrote in his post about Die Ärzte, this band has also some songs that might non-speakers of german not understand :/

  6. Chev is back - yes I've been on the old board, too but I think no one noticed me

I'm Chevvy but you can call me Chev if you want.

Im currently 21, I live in Germany and I am studying communication design since last year.

I listen to japanese rock music since 2005 and started with ガゼット but got more into Dir en grey then.

2007 I got more and more into indie bands because they're much better. but it's hard to find really good ones…

so I never found better ones after √eight and SINCE1889 (which are my absolutely favourite j-rock bands).

other music I'm listening to: Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Rammstein, Die Toten Hosen, WIZO, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd to name a few.

If there's something you want to know about me, feel free to ask :D

    greets

    CHEV.
