You know why the mcfries don't mold? Because they're small, they're salty, and there isn't enough water in the jar... Food molds when they're moist enough, and there isn't that much salt in it. The fries are like 40% salt and about 3% water... The other fries got moldy because they were bigger, and thus were more moisty... Also, they probably weren't salted, as they were from a normal restaurant...
