  1. lol, the website says Leda's gonna be taking care of the guitar and bass as well as the compositions of the music - and I don't really mind. He can compose. And it's good to have Sujk as a drummer - although the vocalist is somewhat unknown to me. Looking forward to this.

EDIT: I didn't listen to Arkhelism and just happened to realize the vid that's posted above. Um. Not sure what to say, but at least I'm relieved there would be no "Remember Rain".

  2. Oh, yeah. I remember getting a hold of their e.p at around April yet haven't got the chance to listen to the songs ever since. I was mostly interested because of Audio Safari.. Will give it a spin asap.

Anyway... You guys should check Low-Pass out. Discovered them recently and decided to buy 'Trimurti' - real talented guys.

  3. EXOK+EXOPLANET.png
EXO (Korean: 엑소) is a twelve-member South Korean-Chinese boy group under SM Entertainment, formed in 2012. The members consists of: Kai, Se Hun, Lu Han, Lay, Chen, Tao, Xiu Min, Cris, Jun Myun, Chan Yeol, Kyung Soo (D.O) and Baek Hyun. EXO-K consists of Kai, Se Hun, Chanyeol, Baekhyun, D.O and Suho. EXO-M consists of Luhan, Chen, Kris, Tao, Xiu Min and Lay.

EXO is divided into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, promoting in South Korea and China separately.

“The two new rookie groups that will be released by SM will debut at the same day, same time, and same song in both Korea and China.”

I was waiting for somebody to actually start a topic about them, but then I decided to make it myself. I think, albeit overhyped, their debut was a good start and the members got some awesome talent. EXO-K are more fierce, dancing-wise, and EXO-M are more delicate & gentle when it comes to singing, imo. So yeah. Discuss?

  4. I'm not sure how to react to this. I mean, his bass plays were barely audible, and he didn't seem to have any prominent role in each song (unless, yes, a few) cause everything was dominated by Leda.. So what? He felt overshadowed? And then shifts to forming a new band where he can sing instead? I'm.. Disappointed.

  5. Also the way CUBE is marketing Hyuna is getting on my nerves. The girl is only 19, for fuck's sake, stop portraying her like a stripper.

    This.

I personally wasn't really impressed with the title track. I only happened to have tried this release from them, guess it was a mistake.

  6. The answer would be, mostly, no. If this is specifically concerning Visual Kei.

I only keep tracks of some bands I still, somehow, attach my faith into. And the amount's quite a few. Let's say, NightingeiL, cocklobin, 9GOATS BLACK OUT, Tokyo Heroes, Cat fisT, Thomas. But the first mentioned is about to be disbanded and cocklobin's recent materials were weaker than their first two releases.. 9GBO and Tokyo Heroes so far never really disappoint, but I guess I'm just getting tired. The scene has gotten staler over the years.
