Funny reading this thread, at this time it appears SS is toast. I ordered a lip ring in August 2010 and didn't receive it until maybe April the following year...and it was missing a piece (a gem). No communication. Cheap, overpriced garbage your grandma could do a better job making. Glad to know I wasn't the only one who dealt with that bullshit.
