Hi all I recently bought some VK band merch from Japan Discoveries, which, from what I've heard, has awesome customer service. I'm fairly new to the VK scene, and it's my first time using a website like this. It's great and all, but my order has been stuck in the 'Processing' status for nearly two weeks. Tried contacting them for multiple times but haven't got a reply yet. Anyone encountered similar problems before? If someone can help me out it'll be awesome.
