LIDL 692 Posted August 1, 2011 actually no, not at the moment. Manson been kinda "dissapear" just like he usually do before releasing an album. No words at all, seems going to be out sometimes next year. He was saying going to announce the album title "within a week" on Streaming live interview in late July. But it's already August 1st but no names been announced The only fixed thing we know are: Shia Lebouf will directing video for Marilyn Manson. Also, Manson will have collaboration with Skylar Grey for her debut album, Invinsible. For you who don't know about Skylar Grey she for insctance wrote "Love the Way You Lie" for Rihanna. Her first video for her upcoming first solo record is directed by P. R Brown: edit: the live version of song with Manson: ^ freaking cool huh? and this is just the live playback version! As we may knew, he have been doing this for almost every albums release. Looking up the babalon, many speculating this may be the single title and release date. So i am going to put my money on that as well. I hope he isn't trolling us! (click images to enlarge) Perhaps Manson had asked for them to not reveal anything yet? It is a movie theatre, but can be rented for party and the like. Jigsaw9 6783 Posted August 18, 2011 ^ This site popped up, and it's confirmed that it is owned by Brian Warner, and "MM Recordings", and the face pretty much looks like Manson, and there's some mysterious date and venue at the bottom, so I guess something will happen there (maybe concerning his new music?). It was released on August 28, 2011, during its inaugural screening, at the L.A. Silent Theater. Produced as an accompaniment to Marilyn Manson's eighth studio album, the film was intended as the record's promotional "trailer". Also there is a book entitled Campaign by Shia and Manson. Campaign is a coffee table book by Shia LaBeouf and Karolyn Pho which is attached to the Born Villain project that accompanies Marilyn Manson's eighth studio album. It was released on August 28, 2011 by LaBeouf's Grassy Slope Entertainment production company through various retailers. The book, accompanied by a DVD is a visual accompaniment to Manson and LaBeouf's Born Villain joint project. It is a collection of photographs taken by LaBeouf and his girlfriend, Karolyn Pho, during a night traversing Los Angeles with Manson. The book was made available for pre-order on August 28, 2011, preceeding the anticipated screening of the Born Villain film at L.A. Silent Theatre. By ordering the book, purchasers gained entry to a book signing event followed by private screening of Born Villain at 10pm of September 1, 2011, at Hennessey + Ingalls outlet in Hollywood. Then 3 hours after the MM's website have this "Private Video" thingy in the place of old snippet video. But has since back to Born Villain banner again. few minutes ago, Steve Coy just said on his FB that there are some technical problems. You can read up on Phantasmagoria HERE btw, it's the most reliable Manson source (if I get it correctly then the film is on hold now, maybe forever? hopefully not). Regarding the Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll movie, it was wrapped, was planned as web-movie, before they got another production house (Universal) to distribute it, and has a full trailer leaked, after the 1 mins trailer leak earlier. (On which Manson five days later posted a MySpace blog regarding the leak, clarifying the trailer was not intended for the public eye, and that Revel Studios publishing the trailer despite having no involvement with the film was "criminal.") but due to many negative reactions that it may be too violent, the production house has shelved it indefinitely by Wild Bunch. I'm SO tired of almost every interesting non-musical Manson project not seeing the light of day.
