I used to help run jsalad, which was something like a rival forum to Monochrome Heaven for a while back when it was Tainted World. A lot of what I listen to these days is Japanese new wave/electronic music from the 80s like YMO, Togawa Jun, and P-MODEL + associated acts. But, I do love vk (especially heavier stuff like Aikaryu and vellaDonna), and angura kei. The first few Japanese bands I really got into as a teenager were Kagrra, cali≠gari, and metronome (メトロノーム). I’ve been apart from the community for some time and I’d like to get back into things. I hope that I’m able to provide a valued presence here.
