hiroki 5521 Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Not vk-related specifically, but still a heads up for people who buy stuff from Japan regularly. EMS prices will be increased by 300-500 yen across the board as of 1 June. Additionally, the minimum weight per shipment will be raised from the present 300g (900 yen for Zone 1 to 1,700 yen for Zone 3) to 500g (1,400 yen for Zone 1 to 2,400 yen for Zone 3). (Edit: so if you're shipping just 1 cheki, you still pay the cost for 500g). Shipping costs for SAL International Parcel to Asia will also increase. Press release: http://www.post.japanpost.jp/notification/pressrelease/2016/00_honsha/0129_03_01.pdf Appendix: http://www.post.japanpost.jp/notification/pressrelease/2016/00_honsha/0129_03_02.pdf * Tables for revised EMS costs are in the appendix on pages 5 (Asia); 6 (North/Central America, Middle East, Oceania); 7 (Europe); 8 (South America and Africa); 9 (New SAL Costs for Asia). LIDL 692 Posted May 11, 2016 Eh, no big deal. It's just 11 - 12 dollars respectively for zone 2 that is The States. Just similiar price to Amazon 1 day shipping accross the country for goods like Books, CDs and DVDs. Thanks for the infotmation. At least win't be shocked the next time purchasing an album or two.
