Visual-Kei new band LIZARD'S TAIL with old-school VK dudes

Not long ago (around June) the band LIZARD'S TAIL (リザーズ・テイル) started. No particular activities yet, but the line-up is impressive:

vocals & guitar: Kenichi Fujisaki (ex-CRAZE, ex-JUSTY-NASTY)

guitar: Shin Suzuki (ex-Kuroyume, VINYL)

bass: Hikaru Kishine (ex-JUSTY-NASTY, AUTO-MOD)

drums: Eby (ex-ZI:KILL)

What's funnier is that the Zi:Kill vocalist Tusk took over Kenichi's role in Craze when they were still around. They both sound similar. I think last time i checked up on Tusk's activities he was going solo playing acoustic.

I really don't understand why japanese use english for access buttons on their sites and when you want to read the relevant information it is al in japanese.

Japanese don't speak english at all so what is the purpose of this??
