Cherri Bomb - Raw. Real.

Love this song. My favorite track from an all girl rock band.

They're pretty talented for sixteen year-olds.

today i got Chelsea Wolfe for you,

i guess the majority already knows about her, but for those who don't, watch this!!!

she is the darling of the LA underground-scene (or was it somewhere else, don't remember, whatever...) and plays super-moody kind of psychedelic goth-folk or something along the lines...

Band: Chelsea Wolfe

Album: Apocalypsis

Song: "PalOnPale - LiveAtRoom205"

Genre: Psychedelic Goth-Folk/SingerSongwriter

^ Hmmm that was pretty nice. Thx! :)

Been spinning the first EP of my buddies' band today, quite kickass. Couldn't find my fave song on the 'tube so this'll have to do:

Damn bonsaijodelfisch, Excessive Visage sounds cool!

As does Chelsea Wolfe. I'm getting a slight Purson vibe from her, which is nice.

My song of the day is from Violens.

I'm obsessed with them right now and their new album "True" will most likely appear on my end-of-the-year list.

great additions to my music-library

---------------

Todays song/band i've just seen live yesterday and it is beyond me, why they aren't sort of the biggest band out there yet. it's frightening how good they are, they manage to combine very complex sounds, electronics, weird voices and an awesome rock flair into some extremely listenable mixture that is partyable as fuck, while maintaining a circus-like flamboyant glam live-performance

enjoy this!!

Band: Selectamood

Album: MyBurkaMakesMeSweat

AAAHAHAHAHAHA, thats the best album name i've seen in a long time

Song: "Stoner Flint "

Off of Jeff Loomis's last blistering guitar release. He so needs to do an entire album with Christine Rhoades on vocals.

^ Yay, nice to see some LedZep in here. ^^

My pick would totally have to be this (more like song of the week actually xD):

VaYS6CByVIs

These guys are from my town, and they delivered such a kickass performance this Wednesday! Bought their album there, and holy shit it's awesome - brutal, catchy, pounding death metal. This song is an epic one when played live especially! I hope they'll go far eventually, they just signed with some Canadian label. :)

Mmm, Blood Brothers. Miss them! Do you happen to know of any Japanese bands that remind you of them, bonsaijodelfisch?

I'm having new music discovery overload right now, but this band really struck me. Simple, maybe even a bit amateur-ish(?), but also really dreamy and beautiful. Somehow nostalgic, yet really fresh.
