I don't know how I feel about this. One the one hand, it is a hell of an improvement over the crap they have been putting out lately. But on the other, it kind of feels...fake? The beep bloops sound like they could have been ripped right out of a Crossfaith song, especially the dubstep-esque "drops." That and the break down just feels faux-heavy - like "lets only play two notes, but they are gunna be really deep and sound super heavy and shit!" Yeah, no. All of that said, I actually kind of dig the chorus. I guess what this means is I am allowed to have a little bit of hope again XD

So the rest of the staff and I are working together on our best of list of 2013...yeah, we know it is really early, but there is a reason for that The staff, being human, can only listen to a limited amount of music a year...There are going to be a lot of great releases that have slipped through our fingers. In our goal to come up with the best list that we can, we are asking you all to make a case for an albums that we should for sure listen to and consider for out final list. Now this needs to be more than just "Beautiful Deformity was the bee's knees, you should check that out." We want actual reasons why we should consider an album for the list. Also, since we are doing this so early, feel free to list albums that are coming out in November/December that you think might be best-of material. Remember, this is only limited to Japanese releases that are full length albums

It's called you get lucky XD But no, that is just one exposure, I was just lucky enough for it to all work out. I don't know if it has anything to do with the elevation I was at (10,000 ft above sea level) but the stars were damn bright. My settings were: Focal Length: 11mm Shutter Speed: 30 seconds Fstop: f/2.8 ISO: 400 Would you believe me if I told you I did it without a tripod as well? XD Just had my camera sitting on a railing for this shot lol

This episode was substantially better than the last few...I think the wait for the next season is going to be painful. I feel like I really should buy this on bluray when it comes out...I think the support will go a lot further than it would with buying a regular anime DVD and I want this show to go far.

I downloaded your's, orange. It just sounds super shrill, like the pushed up the highs and then nuked the low mids. It sounds like there is no fullness at all the the music, it just sounds hollow. I figured out part of the problem though, somehow when I imported the songs in to itunes they got thier volume bumped to +100% which made them sound super low-fi...I changed that, though...but I still can't help buy feel like the mix is just so....off.

Just watched the first episode of Kill la kill. Pretty fun but the fan service is don right annoying, I hope it tones down in later episodes.
