M.A.D definitely sounds like Plantman but I feel like the chorus is a lot better already, (Plantman was my least favorite chorus of theirs). Both of the B-sides sound intense. As much as I liked his messy blonde hair, I'm also kind of happy to see Sou join the chopped black bangs bandwagon lmao.

Imo yuuki also has more room to shine in this style, avelcain was lucky enough to realize their talent early on with oriental melodic ballads. Makes me wonder about their future, AC no longer requires eve on support so maybe we really could look towards a revival for the original Lycaon lineup

It sounds awesome I would say they do sound like kuroyuri to Kage, kind of like how Raindia immediately sounded like DEZERT. Not a bad thing, great song!

Especially when bands you listen to have general similarities, on the VK scene something we all can relate to XDAgain though I agree, his look made me envision something different and now that you mention it, L is pretty damn close to what I was thinking haha.

How does one become "too familiar" with bands they like haha? Do you mean in the sense that you end up splitting hairs when describing something that to casual listeners sounds the same?Still, there are quite a few vocalists I'd attribute this to before Karma.. this guy sings more openly, (more) like a normal person., he uses a slight whine when he sings much like every high voiced boy in VK, but he doesn't put his entire vocal array through it like Yuuki or Karma who do it to the point of becoming a character voice.

Would it be possible for us to put together a list of all active bands under a given label? I feel like I know quite a bit of it just from time spent here but I like displaying info in lists..

Somehow I missed all video forecording this band up until now. As much as I LIKE it, there's basically nothing original about them at all haha Actually the B sides to this sound more interesting but on MONOPOLIZE I can even feel him trying to incorporate Tsuzuku style voice breaks
