So the big holiday event for NOTN has been going for a couple of days now... How is everyone doing? I've managed to grab a breed change scroll and one nocturne egg (as well as a ton of familiars), They changed the way chests drop from last year and I'm not very excited about it. Though, last year all I wanted was a scroll and I got like 5-6 eggs. So I guess I can't complain too much. X"D Seriously, if anyone needs an Unlikely Alliance, Wooden Marionette, Painted Marionette, Living Sculpture, or Ensorcelled Volume I'll give you the FR friends discount on them. Also if you're looking for any of the bears or something let me know because I have bunches leftover from the festivals and could use to get rid of some. lol

Their last release reinvigorated my interest in them so I am looking forward to this one.

I am really loving these last two songs posted. Kobayashi's voice sounds so clear in them too. *^* Red Tide especially sounds great. This is probably more in line with what people were initially expecting.

Ahhh supernatural from the beginning. That will be fun (and painful xD) I'm a couple seasons behind but I plan to catch up. I started The Originals and it is everything I wished True Blood was.

It is the exact opposite for me. I don't know how people enjoy Arche at all.

I take it back. I don't like this vocalist covering MMF at all. She sounds too sweet. The other songs sound okay though. I'm still on the fence about these guys sometimes but I'll probably wait to hear the full record before judging too harshly.

Personally, when an album is that long there needs to be a lot of variation to keep my attention, and while sukekiyo are great at what they do, IMMORTALIS got a bit same-y to me at points. I started comparing songs to each other when I wouldn't have had it been shorter. Not to mention there were a string of double albums last year and it got tiring after a point when it felt like everyone was jumping on the bandwagon.

I started watching One Punch Man and Subete ga F Ni Naru. I'm not that crazy about either, I'm already kind of tired of watching Saitama hit things and Subete's dialogue isn't not near as good/clever as they seem to think it is, but I was looking for anything that wasn't based on high school kids. I need to backtrack through this thread and see what went over well...

It doesn't sound like shoegaze to me, either. But since when does anyone care what other people think about labels around here? If I had a dollar every time someone called something "metalcore" that wasn't on this forum, I'd be rich. How about no one starts making this personal, either. That'd be great.

Die: This is my project. I sing. Even if I can't sing. I sing. lol. I agree though, Kobayashi taking the lead vocal would make it better. I don't hate the auto-tune but it doesn't really add anything to the style they are playing, either.
