^i think they mean buying tickets while still overseas. i've been wondering this too since i'll be visiting japan in 2 months and want to ensure that i get tickets for all the lives i want to go to before arriving there. by the looks of that V STAR PROMOTION tweet though it seems like they provide that kind of service. i think there's a way you can pre-order tickets through eplus which you can pay and obtain at convenience stores once you arrive in japan. i don't know much about that though since it's been 2 years since i used eplus and i forgot how most of the process went.....i'm trying to figure that out right now as i jog up my memory. if anyone else here knows more about that that'd be great~ edit: ok never mind, seems like eplus won't work unless you can verify your account with a (japanese) mobile phone. must be a new thing cuz i didn't have to do that the first time i registered..... :/

yeah, it's a bit unfortunate how much ryutarou's singing voice has deteriorated, it's especially jarring on the harder songs... but the previews look amazing nevertheless. i pre-orderd type A :>

he only released two EPs, which were live-limited. i believe the first one was uploaded here though. yeah, seems like not many people like his vocals. i don't have much of a problem with it though. glad to hear you like develop one's faculties! you should check their discography when you have the chance~ ^^

i would've thought that if it was still all the original members, but now with three new support members the possibility of them having a new vocalist seems possible.......plus there's no need for two bassists, unless one of them will switch to guitar or something

It was announced on February 6th that members Masahiro Tobita (gu) and Dairoku Seki (dr) have departed envy and will retire. On April 1st envy will return with a new lineup and perform at a show titled "LAST WISH" at Daikanyama Unit. With Nobukata Kawai (gu) and Manabu Nakagawa (ba) as the remaining original members, they'll gain 3 new support members as listed below: yOshi (bassist of killie) Taki Yoshimitsu (guitarist and back vocals of 9mm Parabellum Bullet) Hiroki (drummer of heaven in her arms, and previously supported envy on drums) It has not been specified yet what part the members will take other than Hiroki who will support as drums. It's also worth noting that their return live date is exactly two years since the announcement of Tetsuya's departure, which we were all hoping was some april fool's joke at the time... (also, i'm literally trying not to freak out cuz i'll be in japan and will get to see theeeemm!!!!! and that hot lineup dayum)

if you're not aware, temari did some solo stuff which only lasted for a limited time. now he does session stuff only, i believe. the guitarist of amber gris, kaname, formed a band called Sioux. he does vocals for the band and the sound is pretty similar to amber gris along with the art-kei aesthetics. also, develop one's faculties is definitely worth checking out

glad that they're not disbanding at least wonder what kind of new direction they'll take from here, if any?

they're not men but i can only think of the duo 黒色すみれ (Kokusyoku Sumire), they have the gothic look and aren't very well known they've had art drawn covers as well, but maybe not the anime style you were thinking of...
