I actually tried to do this thing 5 years ago, so I have a couple of those with translations, some language remarks and my interpretations (I was very young so I can't really guarantee on the analysis quality): http://whatarevklyrics.blogspot.com

well this seems like a good thread to post this in So recently I started studying swedish, but I can't get around to finding some swedish music I'd like to listen to. So I need suggestions. I like music that ranges from pop-rock to metalcore, not too heavy. I prefer newer bands mainly because of the recording technologies although I wouldn't mind older stuff if it's catchy (newer and older as in I prefer 2000's music over '90s and earlier). Some pop is good as well though I did get the chance to hear some swedish pop artists (I like Albin, for example), so I'm mainly looking for something I could really get into and listen to it because it's good and not only because it's swedish listening practice. The important thing here is that they must have swedish lyrics. To be completely clear on what I'm looking for, I'll list some examples of music I like: my favorite visual kei bands are Dolly, Liphlich, Awoi and Dog inthe PWO. Bands from english-speaking countries I like are Panic at the disco, Fall out boy, Eskimo callboy (i know they're from germany but you know), Devil Wears Prada, the Architects, Afi, Of Mice and Men. I don't mind cheesy lyrics (obviously) so the keyword here is Catchy. Thanks in advance

the problem is that i actually really like this and i'm not sure exactly why THREAD SHOULD BE MOVED FROM TOASTED WAFFLES AND CREATED INTO A BRAND NEW SEPARATE CATEGORY IMO also should have a yellow name and a perma announcement on the top page so we can use the hyperlink to access the thread at any times. i can see the thread becoming a place to go when experiencing panic & anxiety attacks. this is a safe thread. for as long as you like bang me you're welcome. everybody cherish the beauty.

Infernal Form is a melodic progressive metalcore band that started their activities in 2008 as a cover band, and switched to making their own stuff in March 2010. They are based in Serbia. They released their first EP shortly after. After their first release, they made a pause to compose and record a new set of songs (and to rearrange some old ones), only to release their first full album named "To All" on October 29th 2014. Currently the guys are working on promoting their first album, but also on composing new songs. Soundcloud Facebook Twitter Youtube Honestly I started getting more and more into metalcore recently, and they're among the best that my country has to offer, so I'm here to share some love ^-^

Of course facebook has access to your private information. After all, it's all going through their server-- Even when you talk on the phone there are keywords in every country that will turn on call recording. All you write or say through technology goes through ether that some company owns and has access to. However, the only legal situation in which these companies are allowed to give out your private info is when some form of police or other investigation establishments get a grant to go through it. No other third party should ever come in possession of your information or anything you set up as "private/only me" on the site, and otherwise facebook would long ago suffer serious legal consequences. I don't understand the fuss about this. It's always been like this, and we all knew it. The only rule there is - don't share what you don't want the site owners to know on the internet. The only people that should be concerned about this would be people doing criminal activities or sharing information like credit card or bank account numbers through the internet, and I don't believe anyone here is doing stupid shit like that. Facebook even warns you of sharing such info on the site. Also, I'm an android user and I was not forced to download messenger app at all. Still using messaging through the app as ever

tbh they act completely different from a visual kei band. yes, some of the promotional elements are still there - like comment videos and such - but even by their homepage you can see that they're not really visual. The homepage looks more like, eg combichrist or eskimo callboy, compared to, let's say, mejibray or jackman homepages. They're as visual as SiM are, promotion-wise. Hell, they don't even have a vkdb page, Zaku's history just links to the website. I'm not completely sure what you mean by pico-core (does that even exist??) but by even mentioning synth-pop in this context it's obvious you didn't even hear the previews, mind the full album. Even though I would characterize them as a combination of industrial and trancecore, my guess is they made a thematic album and are just having more unreleased, more screamo/emo stuff in plan.

With due respect, I need to jump in and make a remark on the review. ITG are not and they do not consider or even try to be anything like visual kei. They even state this on their homepage: STYLE : HARD ROCK / SCREAMO / EMO Personally, I love the industrial thing they tried to do. The recording quality could be better, though.

oohhh I love Train-Drive by! that song used to be something I'd listen to in the mornings to hype me up for the day with good energy. Skrillex is pretty cool too, especially Kill Everybody. I don't think I've heard the rest of the songs on your list, except for that lady gaga song but i can't recall it. transfered from listening on the phone to ipod so let's see what luck i get with it 01 DOG inthe PWO - ハルカ彼方へ (Haruka kanata e) 02 VanessA - Arlequin 03 Breathe Carolina - Savages 04 DIV - ZERO ONE 05 The yellow monkey - Kanariya 06 カメレオ - 世界史の先生 (Kameleo - Sekaishi no sensei) 07 Mejibray - Black baccarat 08 Arctic Monkeys - Why'd you only call me when you're high? 09 Glay - Rosy 10 Lycaon - Jesus Had to chose Kameleo on this one because the lyrics to this song are hilarious
