I have heard the last one you did with Adele's, your vocal tone was not made for that song. Maybe because the notes were too high for you. It might work if you set the rhythm and the notes to the pace that your voice can take. I said this because i heard too many off pitch, sorry to say. Have you ever consider to cover a song with your own interpretation? Maybe with guitar or piano or maracas, or even just an a capella? That might work better than sing along to the original music. Since every voice is unique, so one have to to how to handles them so it can shine. Sorry if this sounds rough, i tried to be as helpful and honest as possible. Oh i didn't know if you usually do this, but vocal warm up is crucial too. Try it every time before you take vocals for recording. And it will help to shape your voice to sounds fuller, and higher your range, if you know what i mean.
