Ohhhhh! This one of Mako is cool! I could post a bajillion photos of guys headbanging but these are all pretty cool. I wish I could find it but I had a random photo from some no name garage band that played emo or metalcore or something music (whatever them kids are into these days) and the shot of the lead flailing about like a crazy man was just too cool. It actually made for a really good stock image for an illustration I did.

Ahhhhhhhhh I forgot I started this topic hahaha. I only thought of posting this topic because I was chatting with someone about the recent concert I went to. I honestly forgot all about it until my friend had mentioned video being recorded AND THEN I REMEMBERED! There was a guy in front of me somewhat to my left and took video the entire time. He was also just shoving his damn camera phone into the vocalist's face but she pretty much ignored it like a champ where as I would have gone Kiwamu on his ass. The thing about this guy though is that I have the same phone as him and this piece of crap takes AWFUL video. So that's why I decided to ask why. In any case, taking photos I could totally see why someone would do it. Some of the coolest band photos are those that are taken live. I'm not a Gazette fan but you have to admit that this is a pretty cool photo of the band.

I was the only straight person on New Years, fuck yeah!

I grew up in the Seattle area and while I was pretty young when the whole grunge thing exploded, it's popularity among my peers is pretty much what got me into rock music in general.

I AM ALREADY BORED AS HELL D; It was fun until about level 25 and then it turns into the same grind bullshit that was in WoW. I just want to complete my class quest but instead I find myself on these shitty worlds that I don't care about solving shitty problems I don't want to solve because I'm Sith and fuck yall. Usually the same old, oh we can't do anything but you can please go kill 30 rebels and blah blah blah.

Alright, so here's what I have heard from friend's personal experience with those sites, I have never used a dating site myself. OKcupid and Match are the only two I know friends have used and the results have always been lack luster. My female friend used Match and all the results were full of creepy men that were obviously 30 and older but lied about their age so that they would be matches for younger women. I wish I could find the collage she made of all the profile photos, creepy redneck looking guys with handlebar mustaches and mullets. I am not exaggerating. OKcupid my male friend used and had pretty dismal luck, the women that did match him up with were women with incredibly doctored photos that only showed their face at awkward angles. Shit ton of makeup so it looked like they sweat makeup. The only person that didn't have doctored photos was a gothtard looking chick, she wasn't that bad, just lots of stupid Tripp pants and listing all her favourite bands. But all her photos were her just staring with a blank dead expression into the camera, totally a deer in headlights look. He stopped using it because it was just a mess and he knew the moment seeing these women it would not work out. I know someone else that used Match and hooked up with a girl, they dated for about a year but realized that they weren't really a compatible and broke up. It wasn't a bad break up and both agreed it wasn't working out, they are still friends. Someone else I know used Match I think? Or OKcupid, she was having piss poor luck and stopped using it but her profile was still listed and on her profile she had put her WoW character's name and server on there. This guy thought she was cute, made a character on her server and two years later they're getting married So, it can work but I think it depends really? Kind of like winning the lottery I guess.

This is so obnoxious that you could lie to me and tell me it's a Visual Kei band from the 90s and I may actually believe you because it's just that silly. Man though, it sucks that band is so racist because the album Golos Stali is such a wicked release. My friends and I are big weeaboos and they're taking me to a Shinto shrine that is a few hours out from the city. I guess there's a big New Years celebration and I've never actually been to a Shinto shrine before so it'll be something new and different. As oppose to my usual get black out drunk like I normally do on New Years. Plus get in touch with my inner Nippon weeaboo and be cultured and crap like that huehuehue. Though I think after the ceremony when we get back we'll still drink until we black out. For my resolution, well last year my resolution was to cut down on the amount of crap I buy from Japan which I have successfully completed! I really only bought a handful of releases from my favorite artist and steered clear of Yahoo and mbok for the most part. I still snagged some old fan club magazines and other little knit knacks but it is still significantly less than 2010 and 2009. My overall goal is to live a minimalistic life style and cut down on personal items that I own. I haven't decided on a new resolution, perhaps learn SQL? Not like back in fall when I failed miserably because I had no self control AND COULD NOT STOP PLAYING SYKRIM D;
