That's what I immediately picked up on, the vocals, especially the chorus seemed pretty poppish. For all this talk about this being a dark and heavy song, the vocals where incredibly light and poppish.

God, I've gone to a concert every weekend this month. First it was Moi Dix Mois. Then Pagan Fest III with Huntress, Arkona, Alestorm and Turisas (went for Arkona). Following that was the Decibel Tour with Devil's Blood, In Solitude, Watain and Behemoth (Went for In Solitude). Now this weekend it's going to be God Forbid, Suidakra, Diamond Plate and Overkill. I like Suidakra and some stuff from Overkill. Someone got me a ticket sooo see how that goes lol!

Indeed, especially because DELUHI's music was shit by the time they broke up. Curious about Aggy's new adventure as a vocalist but as a Visual band? Ehhhhhhhh, I dunno, a Neo-Classical Death Metal Visual Kei band? Would they be another overdone br00tal verses + cheesy pop chorus formula?

They also played a brief instrumental song and had us yell DIX LOVE which was also really corny and cheesy and I couldn't do it. They're a fun live band though, even if it's all so cheesy. I don't actually smoke, only after two martinis and a beer and become really drunk do I start popping those things in. To get an idea of how drunk I was, look how red I am here.

Also everyone I'm with are my classy Internet friends from high school. TOO BAD NO ONE FROM MH CAME D:< I SEE HOW IT IS! But in all seriousness, we where all more excited to finally meet each other after like seven years and the hanging out was what really made the whole weekend the best. *edit* Also the DIX thing we're doing in the third photo is making fun of the band. They had us do this silly arm motion thing during the show for one of their new songs (omg if those are the lyrics I hate that song). Basically they have you spell out DIX, you would throw one arm out with the horns to spell D the other for I and then cross them for the X while yelling the letters. It was so cheesy I couldn't bring myself to do it. So pretty much the rest of the night we'd do the 'Suck it!' (old WWF reference) while yelling DICKS.

No, but I'm not even like that with other genres. The era of Visual Kei I like is dead anyway and the problem with Visual Kei specifically is that bands value quantity over quality and with so many mediocre releases being forced out every few weeks it's hard to keep up. If my peers and by peers a handful of E-friends that generally have good and common tastes in music like a band I will make an effort to try out since I trust their opinions more than the general consensus of fans.

I agree with Peace but I'm under the impression the instrumental tracks are just short 0:30 - 1:00 long SE tracks and nothing that special really. Anyway, Bampire Rows is so tacky that I can't help but like it.

I don't mind, it really just depends on the guy. Some pull it off well, others not so much. Really what it just comes down to is also how neat and well kept it is. No matter what, if you don't keep trimmed and neat, it's going to look bad no matter what.

I did, it's random when it happens. Right now for example, everything is displaying fine without any problems. I think something is triggering it so I think I'll just try to remember everything I run when I start up my machine to see if something is causing the character display issues.

Specs - * Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit The issue I face is that all Asian characters do not display properly on my machine even though I do have the East Asian (Japanese) language packs installed. If I restart sometimes it will work fine and not be a problem at all but then several days later I'm stuck with everything being displayed as squares. I do turn my computer off when I'm not home, so I'm not leaving it on for days straight just as an fyi. I'm not sure if something I am doing or might be running something that is causing the character display to be lost? For example this screen shot of iTunes and my file folders. I can copy and paste the name here in Chrome it comes out totally fine. Also scrobbles fine to Last.fm. 時空海賊SEVEN SEAS See? So I think it's a display issue with Windows maybe? And of course iTunes I guess. I can still type and read Japanese in Chrome but the names the [browser tabs it's those damn little squares again. I don't know what to do, most results tell me to install the language packs but I already have them installed so I don't know what is causing this.
