This. Sometimes people just have too much spare time..

I liked PERESTROIKA more, but if they are coming to Europe in August-September it makes all sense that they resume activities again!
-
For those who expect the tracklist to contain a new song as B-side, you'll get disappointed. DIR EN GREY has officially said that they no longer see any point in releasing new songs as B-sides on singles. I guess we can expect an unplugged or remake version of their older songs. Also, if they will follow the "LOTUS" announcement-schedule, the "DIFFERENT SENSE" tracklist will be announced this Friday.
-
"INNOCENT" will contain 2 tracks and price is 1000 yen.
-
Yes, the album WILL be released in the summer, in time for their European tour... I think they're even putting these promotion flyers about the new album into the package of the DIFFERENT SENSE-single just like they did with GLASS SKIN and UROBOROS. I also think they're announcing the release date for the album already before "DIFFERENT SENSE" has been released.

Tickets to Finland-show are avaliable again!
-
Limited Edition is already pre-ordered now. Now all I can do is wait for June! I really don't hope that the single will have different cover artworks because I only bought the Limited Edition now.. Album is probably coming in July/August, just what I think.

YEEEEEEEES!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS A SINGLE BEFORE ALBUM DIR EN GREY NEVER BETRAYS ME! Actually, it would be VERY odd (and very UN-DIR EN GREY) if they decided to release the full album before another single. Being a fan of them for ~9 years now I kinda learned their release shedule
-
Finland-show is also SOLD OUT, but I think they're waiting and see if there will be any leftovers after people have got all their tickets. There's no official announcement it's being sold out yet, I guess it'll come within a couple of days.
-
The 2 nights in Paris, and both shows in Germany (Bochum & Berlin) are now officially SOLD OUT.
-
No, I don't think they will change the venue in Netherlands either. I mean, they upgraded the Berlin venue into Columbiahalle, I don't think they're planning that more than 2000 people are attending each concert.
-
I guess they're upgrading into a larger venue if Oudegracht is sold out, they already moved the London- and Berlin shows into larger venues because of them being sold out. Btw, I also hate "e-tickets", they're so ugly and cheap. I want a real genuine ticket I can keep after the show!

Seriously, If they're adding a second show in Helsinki on August 24th, i'm getting upset. They should have been visiting Sweden on that day instead! Helsinki-show are almost sold out and Sweden don't even get a show? But I think they're having OFF-days before and after the Helsinki-show in case it's getting sold out and they easily can add a second night (because they've done two helsinki shows in 2007)

That's cool! Tomorrow he'll be performing in Stockholm! I hope that many people are attending. I'm not going because I'm not that intrested but I hope for the best!
-
1200, actually. xD But I'm surprised too that Sweden isn't included (yet) in the schedule. I would've thought J-rock acts are popular there. I wish you guys good luck! Are you sure it's 1200 ppl in Club 202?? I've heard it's only 300, they're saying that in the Last.fm Event page for the Budapest show.. And on their website, the venue is looking really small in the pictures If you want you can e-mail them too! That's awesome! I hope they're actually sending that e-mail too! ;D

Thank you very much! I've just got a e-mail from Swedish organizer Skrikhult Production, the organizer who arranged the Stockholm 2007-gig. Hi Thank you for your email Would have been a blast to make DEG again, but unfortunately the agent believed that the scene has gone down so much in Sweden now, so they chose to focus on stronger markets / Yours sincerely / Kind regards Skrikhult Productions This is where our job is beginning, e-mail [email protected] (in English) and tell them to bring DIR EN GREY to Sweden. Tell them about the SOLD OUT-gig in Stockholm 2007 which had 2000 people attending, also tell them that DIR EN GREY performed as one of the last acts in very popular festival METALTOWN 2009 and that they got new fans from that performance. If you want, tell them also that Skrikhult Productions is intrested in arranging A DEG concert in Sweden! If people e-mail them, they realize that they've done a terrible mistake and add Sweden to the tour schedule. You don't even have to be a Swedish person to e-mail them! Personally, I wonder what's up with their math. They're ignoring Sweden which had a 2000people-concert in 2007 by saying "its a weak market" but booking them to Hungary which has a venue only taking maximum 300 people, and the Paris-venue only taking 450 people? 450x2 is 900people (Paris 2 nights) and it's stil LESS capacity than the Stockholm gig 2007. C'mon let's do this thing!

OHP news today, they're announcing that BLUE will be their 2nd single and it'll be relesed "in SUMMER". and that they will reveal more news about the single later on..
-
Contact me if you'll need any help. Also, I think I will go to their hungarian gig. Oh, thank you!
-
I've sent an e-mail to Twisted Talent, and also an e-mail to Live Nation asking them to fix a Swedish gig now, there's one OFF-day before and after the Finland-gig so they should be able to put Sweden there! Would apprechiate if anyone else could send them an e-mail and telling them to fix that Swedish gig! If it turns out they're saying no, I'm thinking about visiting Budapest in August. It might be fun, but I don't want to travel alone! Also, "PARADOX OF RETALIATION" must be the album title? This tour must be connected to the new album, don't you think?
