Don't most Western acts kid of take a year ~ 5 year """break""" in between albums? It seems like a vkei-specific notion that you have to be constantly tour and releasing material until you burn out or die. What a weird instagram ad.

Sloppy late-2000's vkei, making me appreciate how even the crappiest bands of today have better production value than what was considered "great" 10 years ago

If he doesn't know what's big in VKei, how did he know to come for Acme's gig in track 4?

They revived like a year ago and all they did was get red hair extensions. In theory, they've been practicing and building their repertoire, but who knows with Kon.

Who the fucx named these songs

I was joking That wasn't actually me, although it sounds like it was a fun show so I wish it was! Did the band seem to react to having a foreigner at their shows? I've seen other people say that smaller bands, especially, can be surprised that Europeans or Americans even know about them.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a recap of what is happening based on how I am understanding this thread: There are 3 versions of this mini-album: a regular edition, a limited edition, and a 🔥 DELUXE 🔥 edition. The regular and limited editions are being released on June 6th. The limited edition contains 6 songs, with tracks 5 and 6 being unique to it, and the regular edition only contains 5 songs, with the 5th song being totally unique to only it. The 🔥 DELUXE 🔥 edition comes out on June 30th, contains what looks like 8 songs total, and should not contain the same 5th and 6th tracks found on the two prior editions. In additional to all of this nonsense, a second pressing of his special edition first single will also come out on June 6th. 😩 The samples sounded okay. I need to really hear the whole thing to know if I'll like it or not, but they seemed a lot closer to Megaromania than his first songs (which were more Moi Dix Mois-ish imo). The regular edition will most likely end up on Spotify, so hopefully someone gets the other two editions

That bacteria cover is kind of...screechy

more like BALDER because of how many edges are left in the vkei scene!!

Number Mouse (not really vkei, but they were at one point and is made up of a bunch of matina-era oyajis) Guniw Tools Strawberry Song Orchestra (English tags, English name, more releases than their other page??)

I actually really liked Monique. Sad to see her go, but she left enough of am impact that I'm not worried about her being gone from the scene forever. Currently rooting for Cameron or Asia. I like Miz Cracker, but I feel like her YT personality is much more entertaining than her actual time on the show.

I'm going to E3 this year and I am excited to hear the Smash Bros lineup~

I like their Metgala look

Maybe it's the green lighting they used in their promo pictures, but this kind of sounds like early early AvelCain to me.

Cali=/=gari D (Avex albums only) The Brow Beat Auto-Mod Ingami Circus Dan Strawberry Song Orchestra (Not technically vkei but close enough, I guess) Buck-tick also added most of their discography

Zany Zap tweet a new article discussing Zombi's finale to their 「クソったれが」tour, held on May 4th at 恵比寿LIQUIDROOM. At this live, they announced that their next one-man, 「ミドリの日-2018-」 ("MIDORI no Hi -2018-"), will be on August 25th at Shinjuku BLAZE, and they teased that a new single will be released this fall.
