Never listened to them, but know who they are and wondering why they'd suddenly decide to start doing shows again 20 years later.

Versailles: allowed me to stop being afraid of metal and was my gateway band to visual-kei, along with Malice Mizer. Hizaki Grace Project: More or less the same as Versailles' heavier songs, but stalking Hizaki's career led me to kote-kei bands that I couldn't stand for a little while, which leads me tooooo--> Madeth Gray'll: Hated them. Hisui sang like a disemboweled goat and their music was all screams and the same simple guitar riffs over and over again. Then all of a sudden I really liked them, and all of a sudden all of those old bands that were similar in terms of musical ability were good too. Alesana: Helped me like growly screamy music, although they're very dainty. August Burns Red: Gave me an appreciation for metal-core, although I don't really explore that genre too much because most of them aren't that musically interesting. AFI / Avenged Sevenfold / HIM: I could tell my friends I like "normal" music now Kalmah: I started liking death-metal-y stuff because of them. Children of Bodom, Felshgod Apocalypse, Sigh, etc. Penicillin: Helped me appreciate melodic 90's VK much much more than I ever did. Hakuei 4 evr

On her face right where it should be? What kind of stupid question is that. Just poking fun at visual-kei's image editor's fondness for upping the brightness to the extreme to make their artists look more feminine, usually causing the nose to blend with the face. 1, 2, 3, 4.

He was the guitarist in Legendary SIX-NINE as well.

Can we stop making this a running gag and turn it into a reality? I haven't done anything regrettable for a few weeks and I'd love to break the streak on this.

I remember Dada posted on facebook that his label is going to special in darkwave, so I'm assuming that they make that genre of music.

If someone I really liked was playing, yes. Aside from the gross activities, conventions do have a lot of cool vendors who sell stuff that isn't easy to find.

I believe this is their first release through Panther Pink records. Dada said that it is a 6 song CD and will be released in July. No official date was given yet, and it wasn't specified if it is going to be a mini-album or a single with a bunch of remixes on it. No idea what that title means. http://twitpic.com/4u7psl

Am I the only one who liked the ridiculousness of Telephone?
  15. Peace Heavy mk II

The 3 and 1/2 songs I like by them are on there, so I'm not complaining.

They sound like a Japanese Linkin Park. Edit: *actually read thread now* Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought that.

BTW has a better message, but Judas is a better song. Judas would be better without the nasally whines though.

What is going on here? Also, the song was alright. It was written with a good intention, not to revolutionize the music industry, so I'm not going to shred them on it.

I could have sworn that they were British.

Yeah, so sad. Such insufferable heathens. Why can't they be perfect like us, the biological elite? I wonder... It was a joke by the way, I'm american myself. As am I. flagwaving.gif Agreed on the ignorance though. No amount of pity is going to change it, so I try not to let it bother me.
