I hope this is better than how Matenrou Opera has been recently. I imagine it’s gonna depend a lot on the musicians he works with, but even then his voice has sounded really strained recently.

This is a pretty severe diagnosis, so I would have to say leaving the band and a hiatus is likely the only appropriate course of action. If they choose to replace him, I look forward to their return. They’ve definitely become one of my all time faves.

I'm somewhat on the fence about this new vocalist, but their look is currently freaking outstanding.

Thrilled to hear about a new album, especially after what Ningen wo Kaburu did for me. I LOVE that song. Really revitalized my interest after not liking Utafumi or any of Kyo's solo project.

Yeah, I'm not super thrilled with the title track here. Maybe the b-side will be better. This seems too cutesy for me, but I don't know what I expected after the bubblegum pop look he's going for this time.
