I was just listening to this yesterday while cleaning, from the Macross Plus OST. So damn good.

@ahnchc - do you have a favorite album or OST from her?

@CAT5 I looove her works for Macross Frontier. Universal Bunny is a really solid pop (mini-)album, and the same can be said for the single Pink Monsoon—both titles featuring vocalist May'n, who was portraying Sheryl Nome. Iirc, the 'Good job!' single was also composed and produced by her, which is more poppy and radio-play fitting in sound, but the heavy brass elements are still very evident in the chorus for ゴ~~ジャス with a sound a bit reminiscent of her works with The Seatbelts!

Speaking of, I of course love the soundtrack she did for Cowboy Bebop with The Seatbelts! The song Diamonds (from 追憶の夜曲) is really beautiful; it leads into Einstein Groovin'!

I love her osts for 坂道のアポロン (;_;)

k so i finished it finally. took 3 days cus it kept losing my attention. final verdict: don't watch it lol. it's painfully bad and gets worse and worse as it continues. it tried to give a definite ending to the story as opposed to the mildly vague one the manga and 1992 film offer, but it does a really. really painfully bad job at telling its own tale and just implodes on itself

Ok I just watched it too, I guess it's worth it to make it as recognizable as possible (even if it does just make me want to read the manga again anyway). The style of moving panels itself also look kind of surreal which the whole thing might benefit from

I hope the musical score will add to the whole thing and make up for anything it lacks.

i'm just hoping that it won't be done w/ the aku no hana style considering afaik it has the same director on board. it looked interesting but i dont think the rotoscoping stuff would work with ito's stuff

Hold it, apparently it remains up to the seller or whatever, since not all items are "purchasable" through buyee. Almost everything I clicked on was still marked as unable to be purchased or something.

i could be wrong, but it's a newly implemented feat that likely hasn't reached many of the sellers. note that these are typically individuals, not businesses, that have to ship out their products first. it'd be understandable if people wouldn't want to partake in that in the first place, tbh.

using the search bar on buyee's mercari mock site feature, what appears after searching your desired item seems to be what sellers are willing to do the whole buyee transaction thing

Do the raid. fans deserve rights? That's what we should be asking. 

If it is a spoof discussion, we can laugh at it anytime... but talking seriously in this case, I think that we, as fans, can speak and express our opinion to any thing concerning our favourite bands, but asking for rights, mean that each one has the right to blame others for liking an album that none likes at all, or for not attending the lives, or for not joining the "fanservice" train or for not having weird fantasies about the members... so the rights are a double edged weapon in this subject in particular.

In general I guess that most Western fans of the mentioned bands should not have rights, except if they sing the lyrics correctly... xD
