New pfp to match my actual passion. Welp, I've decided to leave. It's for the best. But before I do, I owe you guys an explaination for what happened a day ago. Yes, I did find out @SilverEspeon__ (who is now trying to frame herself as @ChaoticFireBall so don't give that post any attention) is my sister trying to spread her idol around here. It really surprised me, as I didn't know she was doing this here. I just thought it was some random person just wanting to spread news. She got angry that her thread got locked temporarily and she ranted about it to me. That's when I found out she was running that account and I made that post in response. I was already dealing with a lot of things, but I guess that was the last straw. I want to apologize for her actions in the past and for being a nuisance. But she should be gone permanently now. I'm going to try and make sure she won't post here ever again. But if she does, just ignore her. Don't give her the attention she wants. As for me, I initially made this account to look for news and to maybe start taking part with the community. My comments around my sis' posts when I didn't know it was her was as practise to eventually branch out to other posts and topics as I am a very socially anxious person. But I fucked up along the way and now I regret ever trying to comment. I should've just stayed in the dark and never said a word. You don't have to forgive me or even change your opinion of me. Hate me all you want, make fun of me all you want, hell you can even insult me if you want. I just have one request: Please let's not speak of this ever again. I regret and cringe at everything I've done, and I would like to leave on a more positive note. I'm sorry for everything. I'm sorry for making a fool out of myself and being annoying. I'm sorry for everything I've said. I will not be posting comments ever again. I promise. Good riddance, right? Farewell. I'm very sorry.

Hopefully it won't be permanent, though knowing me, it probably will be. I have been feeling increasingly worse about what I post here and I regret so many things I have posted here. Then having had 2 people continuously insult me for my music tastes and my reason for liking VK (the way people dress) with one of them even going after me outside of this forum after I blocked them hasn't helped. And the last straw for me was finding out that my sister is behind that weird Pokémon account... I'm going to have a talk to her about it after this. I am very sorry for everything. Super excited about this. Been rather afraid of mentioning the series here due to that weird Pokémon account snooping around here, but I am very happy with the trailer! I won't decide on a starter until I see the evolutions, but I am leaning towards Sobble at the moment. But I am especially enamored by the Galar Region itself. Not only is it based on Britain, it looks absolutely gorgeous *_*

(I don’t just mean this one time, I mean in general) None of you seem to really care about what they post, yet you feel the need to tell them how much you dont care? Thought for sure you would’ve posted about this the moment it was announced, lol. Yet you decided to post it on a day where people were less inclined to take you seriously. Oh well. To comment on the topic itself, I don’t have much to say about it. I’ll wait until tomorrow and see.

Eeeh, I see a lot of conflicting things said about YOHIO. In one place I can see people saying he is a good person, while in another place I see people saying the exact opposite. It's hard to tell honestly. Personally, unless there is hard and undeniable evidence that he has done some bad stuff, my overall sort of positive opinion of him will not change. And even if there is evidence of him doing some things that makes him not the greatest person, that's not going to stop me from listening to YOHIO's or DISREIGN's music somehow. Honestly, my biggest issue with YOHIO right now is just him promising big things coming up soon but then they take forever to happen or they just flat out never happen. And this applies to pretty much any celebrity I like, really. As long as they haven't done anything truly horrible like commited murder, raped someone, or abused someone, I really don't care. Simply drinking a lot, smoking a lot, or having a lot of sex is not a huge problem to me. If that's how they want to live their life, then I'll let them. Also, people still idolize celebrities that have been accused of doing bad things, so I don't really see why this matters? You're entitled to think however you want of course, but liking someone who may not be the greatest person is not a bad thing in itself.

Eh, like, better than the last one, I guess? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know what to think of it, tbh. Gonna wait for DISREIGN’s single instead. The MV isn’t gonna be fun for my coulrophobic ass to watch though. EDIT: Didn’t meant to quote the post.

Anyway, I don't really want to judge it until it's released, but it sounds pretty good to me. (Though this is probably because of bias towards the band since I like them...) Looking forward to hearing the whole thing. Way more so than I do with YOHIO's single.

I, uh, am not sure if I’m allowed to post here again since it looks like my comment was removed (and in hindsight, I understand why), but I’ll write it again without the admittedly stupid last part of my original comment. If I’m not supposed to be doing that, tell me to stop or something and I will. Make fun of me all you want, but as someone who is kind of afraid of clowns/mimes, I am not really digging that clown/mime look. The fact that the MV is apparently centered around circuses isn’t gonna help much either Regardless, I am gonna give this single a chance. It’s probably not gonna be as good as DISREIGN’s new single, though...

Anyone got any good V-kei/J-rock bands/artists they recommend? I’m trying to find more bands/artists to listen to than just the more well-known ones (The Gazette, X Japan, Versailles, etc.) but I haven’t had much luck. Would prefer the bands/artists to be active, but it’s no requirement.

I never got the opportunity to listen to their first single even though I thought it looked promising, but I want to do it now! I really like this, and the MV looks nice too! I am especially loving the guitars! ☺️

Erm, random question and not a defense or anything: What do you mean with "production"? I'm just wondering because I see it mentioned in other music reviews and even some film reviews, and I don't know what they mean when they talk about it. Although I doubt he was aiming for the charts with this, lmao. If he was, then he would've released something else.

I kind of like YOHIO's later work (his older is just "okay" at best imo) I like DISREIGN (or is that a relatively popular opinion?) A big reason I like VK, other than the music, is because I think the way people dress is really cool (and it may have had an influence on some character designs for a story have been writing and developing on and off for 2 years now, haha) I don't mind non-japanese VK that much, honestly.

(Lurk mode off) I do think this is fine, narcissitic lyrics aside (though I remember reading an interview where he said he wanted to be provoking or something? Idk, though). I still would've preferred one of those japanese songs he has performed before (like "NAiVE" as mentioned above) or something from DISREIGN instead, but this works too. Though I'll admit I might be a bit biased since I do kind of like his work (but I will admit his older work isn't the best). By the way, isn't this the same user who repeatedly posted stuff about YOHIO and DISREIGN a year or two ago? (a friend of mine told me about some user doing something like that and looking at their account, they seem to fit that description) What made them come back? (Lurk mode on) EDIT: Just a FYI for those who read my post, I still prefer DISREIGN's stuff over anything YOHIO makes in his solo career. Just because I don't think this is that bad doesn't mean I think it's as good as DISREIGN's stuff. I just think it's not too bad by YOHIO's standards.

The Avengers: Infinity War was the last movie I saw, but if you don't count rewatches, then Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (although I was kind of forced to watch it by my mom. But I still enjoyed it, though, since I love ABBA). I am planning on watching The Incredibles 2 soon.

Hmmm... I don't tend to read much (headaches if the text is too small or if the book is very text-heavy, and I space out a lot for various reasons so I have to reread pages a lot, which gets annoying after a while), but the latest book I read (and finished) was Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. Very weird choice, I know, but it was for a school assignment. I ended up really enjoying it for some reason, though.

I have been lurking around on this site for a while now after I found it on a google search and I finally decided to make an account and temporarily come out of lurking to finally introduce myself. I still won't be super active on this site and I probably won't leave comments or make posts, but I might leave the ocassional like (if I even remember to do so). English is not my native language, so I apologize for any mistakes in grammar or spelling or whatever. I was a fan of VK around 2011-2013 before I stopped listening to it for a while for some reason. I only got back into it in 2016 when I looked through a very old playlist full of VK music I had on Youtube. Most of the VK bands and artists I like are well known ones like The Gazette, Dir en Grey, and Versailles, so I'm not really interesting in that aspect. DISREIGN is a band I like too. However, I've been really bad at keeping up with updates and news about them and I'm only really into their music, so I don't know if I want to call myself a fan of them... Well, that's pretty much all I wanted to share that I could come up with. I guess it's time to go back to lurking.
