  1. For a debut, the MV seemed to be very well produced. but, come on...how many R-Shitei's do we need?
  2. Manji 卍

been listening to the DISC 3 of Vestiges,The unraveling mini, and the heaviest tracks of DSS,and GOD,their deathmetal era was so good.that production was criminally brutal,so much that makes your skin crawl, they were amazing.unfortunately,TIW still not flowing well to me,the only thing i could enjoy was Aka,and unless they release a remastered version of the album,i don't think it will ever grow on me.Usually i need time to digest an album, however,i keep retrying and revisiting and still the same...shit.

Deviloof being Deviloof, what else? Loved the whole japanesque touch. I've complained about their visuals, but now that looks absolutely cool, nice to see they valuing their own culture instead of trying to look as western as possible like other br00tal Japanese non-vk bands. And Ryo trackmaker is fuckin back, man. For those who miss the last phase of Girugamesh, this is like a bonus. And that artwork is stunning! Almost felt some Onmyou-za vibes coming from that lol 10/10 to everything, and I need a live version of that track
  4. My guess is that they will come up as a formal band after those gigs. The bad part is having to wait basically till the middle of the year to see what happens
  5. Manji 卍

Well, both are unknown to me. And that's a strange name for a formal band.indeed, look like a project or session band.hope not
  6. Manji 卍

Omg, finally. And nice to see hisame involved too, hope thats an official band.Does anyone have any information about the guitarists?
  7. Manji 卍

will never happen, but suddenly i fantasized AINS coming back to life bringing Karasuna,Kyouki,Saku with its respective new bands
  8. Are you afraid to die?

I used to not be, until I considered a possibility we might instead of being in oblivion, come back endlessly and be forced to live again and again.

I mean even if it's not technically us and we're not really aware...but coming back to live as a human ever again who may be in even shittier conditions, or be ignorant, uncreative, cruel or unquestioning of how fucked society is, is way scarier than death.
I'm not religious, but I can't not think of it that way as a transfer of energy or something. And what if all the people who've claimed to regressed to their past life in deep meditation aren't just in elaborate hallucination, no thanks. Oblivion for me.

@colorfuljinsei I really hate any kind of religion, but it's tough for me to be "totally" atheist, cuz I already saw a girl possessed right before my eyes. So, unfortunately the "beyond" isn't necessary a fantasy. If I had absolute sure that hell or things like that doesn't even exist, I'd be certainly dead by now,but this kind of thought keeps holding me back

i do not value life too much and i also believe that there is a certain flow of energy so a "soul" or whatever you call it won't vanish completely. but as a biological organism i'm afraid af and it's only natural. would be fun to overcome instincts but i can't.

  9. Playing dark souls and shadow of the colossus has polished my imaginary for black metal music

  10. Well, this topic seems to be very dead, but i wanted to share some fuckin Finnish black metal album, with awesome artwork, melodies, ancient feelings, decent screams and clean vocals.Get ready to travel.
  11. Manji 卍

actually,it's pretty cool to see a "Mei worship" ,i love Mei,so why not? but the way he came up occulting his identity, making it look like it was the REAL Mei,made me angry af
  12. Manji 卍

I like titles in Kanji, better than cheesy English titles. I really hope they keep including Live tracks, it's so enjoyable. Would be a good idea, including covers of other deathcore bands as b-side track, like the ep CARNIFEX released recently, but that would be asking too much haha
  13. Manji 卍

I'll never forgive the vocalist for trolling me.I wish the worst for this band.
  14. That's what I'm talking about, all vk bands should keep us awere of the disbandment in advance.
  15. After the JoJo inspired new look I thought something good was coming. When y'all come back, bring MEJIBRAY too
  16. Manji 卍

Never gave a chance to this band and honestly I like that.also, the guitar tone is very agressive, with good riffs, and this kind of shitty/chaotic production doesn't bother me,it's dirty and filthy, very cool.
  17. Manji 卍

issei has a lot of good ideas, but always overproduce his compositions, adding too much stuff, making it sound all-over the place.Personally,i'd rather see a tighter and simplist production (like JUDAS) stead of so much different elements.MIO is competent enough to stand up in every track and make it memorable, they don't need so much attractives to capture the listener's attention.
  18. Seiya (ex-deviloof) should join nocturnal bloodlust.

  19. Manji 卍

this is totally unnespected to me,but i kinda love this band already.i mean...it's catchy. Despide of all the shit that involves the production, with unnecessary synths and house beats, cheesy gang vocals, etc, each member did it's own job,but MIO (vox) carried the album, actually.I've played their full length a couple of times from the first to the last track and i didn't feel like i wanted to skip one.MIO's similarity with SHO is real, the only difference is that SHO has a darker and kyo-esque approach and looking at NAZARE,i feel the Nokubura energy with some DIMLIM moments. This band deserves your attention,if you're looking for some "different"and vivid metalcore stuff in general, and considering that 荊海 (Jingai) was their first release,is too early to form any solid opinion.
  20. Manji 卍

NAZARE was formed by ex-DIMLIM's drummer Issei in August 2018 and held its first concert on November 3rd. OFFICIAL SITE , TWITTER , INSTA , YOUTUBE MEMBERS: Vocal: Mio (澪) Guitar: Yoh (妖) Bass: Uta (うた) Drums: Issei (壱世) (ex-D.I.D., DIMLIM)
  21. It is hard to admit that all the nihilism, gothic and dark stuff are just making my insomnia and anxiety worse.Wish I wasn't so into it

      PIZAZ

I feel you, if you're in a bad place it can be counterproductive to surround yourself with exclusively "negative" messages. I'm naturally drawn to it too, at least you're self aware! I've made efforts to branch out into other shit sometimes, it helps me tbh.

      Manji 卍

yea,it feels weird when you realize that your essence is dark, like despising the positivity and the enjoyment of people's company. this is not a good way to live.

  22. I really like NAZARE's vocalist.Their album is confusing,but it's not forgettable,I remember every track,thx to Mio's potential.Now they just need Issei out.

    1. Duwang

      Duwang

I like Mio's voice and I wish I could get into them but I'm not a fan of the compositions. They have potential, but they need to boot Issei. They seem like they all get along, though, so idk when that's happening.

    2. Manji 卍

      Manji 卍

@Duwang yea,for a debut,Mio did a really good job, there's a catchy chorus in almost every track and his gutturals are pretty decent, but the composition...so many dissonances, the piano and synths stepping on each other,Mio's exaggerated falsettos. They need to chill out

2019 IS HERE AND THE DISBANDMENT TRAIN IS READY TO GO. ALL ABOARD !
  24. I'm against throwing too much high expectations at young bands, it's unfair.however, they begun with one hit after another, and suddenly their composition/production quality started to decrease .Generally we see the opposite. @Disposable probably a ghost writer involved
