Some bodily functions can be an inconvenience or hindrance. Once my friend said he'd get rid of the need to eat if he could, I thought he was crazy because eating is one of the best things about being human. I thought sleep would be a good one to get rid off as it takes up most of our life, but it's nice to turn off the conscious mind. I absolutely hate sweating but it doesn't get in the way of anything. Really, urinary/excretory related functions are a real problem. If you want to go on an adventure, or just get stuck somewhere with no toilet, it's the worst. Which would you pick, considering that taking it out wouldn't impact your body/life negatively?

Go a lot going at the minute: Made in Abyss Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction Blue Exorcist The Girl From the Other Side Koi wa Ameagari no You ni (After the Rain) Watashi no Shounen Ou Dreams at Dusk (Shimanami Tasogare) - Probably the most realistic lgbt drama out there in manga form. The way the author draws emotions is powerful, the setting is refreshing and it has a really good cast of characters. The drama will touch everyone's hearts, it's just a great piece of work. Genderless Danshi ni Aisareteimasu.(My Boyfriend is a Genderless Man) - Really cute slice of life series about a young (ADULT) couple, the boyfriend is into the harajuku fashion movement known as 'genderless'. It's so nice to read about a healthy, loving adult couple. Gokushufudou (The Way of The Househusband) - Really enjoying the comedy so far, ex yakuza becomes househusband. Hikari to Tomo ni...: Jiheishouji wo Kakaete (With the Light : Raising an Austistic Child) - For some reason my local library has all the volumes of this series. I think it was originally published in the 90s and it's really informative. Follows a family whose first son is autistic and their struggles in getting a diagnosis and learning how to best raise and care for him as well as getting the community's support in Japan. It's based on real information/events and it even features letters and essays from people in the author's community. Ran and the Gray World - The art is incredible. Very reminiscent of the 90/80s. The story is crazy and sometimes not very coherent but it's a fun fantastical adventure. The protagonist (9 year old?) can turn into an adult by wearing these magical sneakers and I hate that there's a 30 year old Christian Grey type of character grabbing her when she's in adult mode...APART FROM THAT, I'm really enjoying this series. Tatoe Todokanu Ito da toshitemo (If I could Reach You) - Recommended as it's a shoujo ai series not set in high school. So, Do You Want To Go Out, Or? - Shoujo ai set in university, recommended.

I've got into debates about the best shower time with my friends. Not only do some people like taking a shower first thing in the morning, they make it as cold as possible. (masochists) For me it depends, during winter I prefer night showers so I can go to bed warm. In warmer weather, it can vary but I still lean towards a shower later in the day. What about you?

Child's Play (2019) - I had a lot of fun watching this. It's hilarious and creepy, I mean this has to be the ugliest killer doll out there and the crew know it. But I like how they make you feel sorry for Chucky too despite his murderous intentions. Some scenes were nicely set up, like something straight out of the concept art stages. It's centered around the "technology can be evil" theme and some things are too far-fetched. But hey, if it doesn't take itself seriously, neither am I. I'll give it a 8/10.

I'm all for cute oshare, but you have to bring something new to the table. If vk is stale, oshare is deflated and mouldy with glitter on top. I thought Mathilda would show what oshare can be at its best, but nah. POIDOL had looks and polish but nothing made them stand out. I hope the guys stick around the scene but please bring some personality into your work.
